Set within a closed condominium with large outdoor pool and separate children's pool, there is an extensive garden area where you can relax in the sun, a tennis court on site for the more energetic and also a children's play park. This spacious apartment also benefits from a large balcony where you can relax in the morning sun, dine alfresco or just chill out after a long day! Within walking distance of 3 championship golf courses and a short drive to the marina, beaches, restaurants and shops of Vilamoura.

Everything went very well. Very nice house :)

Our family really enjoy the days in this house, the place is wonderfull. Very clean pool and nice tennis court. The house is very well care. It a was a pleasure to stay in the house. The owners were very nice also. I recommend it.

Great apartment. Loved the pool area

2 adults and 2 children Stayed in the appartment last 2 weeks of august. We were met on arrival by isobel who was really warm and helpful. Appartment was clean modern and great for our stay. Pool area was brilliant for the kids and the tennis courts. Would recommend hiring a car as apartment is a little out of the way. Would not hesitate to return. Marc and Linda were great hosts

Wonderful accommodation

Just come home from this lovely appartment. It's definately home from home. Very clean, well equipped apartment. Plenty of room for 4 of us staying. Lovely pool area, didn't get round to using the tennis courts. Would definately stay again. Maybe for longer next time. Isabel was lovely and met us quite late after our flight to let us in and show us round the appt. Thank you Mark and Linda too for being so helpful.

Gostamos muito deste alojamento. O apartamento é confortável e bem equipado. O condomínio muito tranquilo, com uma piscina excelente. A Dona Isabel muito simpática e prestável. Como aspetos a melhorar apontaria o facto de não existirem cortinas blackout. Compreendo que há quem goste de acordar com o sol da manhã, mas mesmo esses teriam a opção de não usar os cortinados blackout. Adicionalmente, seria muito útil terem internet, a net do condomínio não se consegue aceder do apartamento.

O apartamento é muito bom, bem equipado e tem tudo o que é necessário para passar uns dias de férias, a piscina é excelente e o empreendimento recente e bem cuidado. Nós adoramos e se possível voltaremos a repetir. Talvez o único a aspeto a melhorar seria a falta de estores ou cortinas para bloquear a luz nas primeiras horas da manhã, às 6.30h a claridade é b já muita e torna-se difícil manter as crianças a dormir mais um pouco, de resto tudo impecável.

Apartamento boas áreas

Gostei muito da D.Isabel , muito simpática e muito explícita no que consta a me informar sobre o apartamento . Tenho umas retificações construtivas a fazer que julgo que para um fututro próximo sejam melhores para os hóspedes . O forno não funcionava estava avariado aquecendo demasiado o que me impossibilitou o seu uso. Tanto no quarto como na sala ( onde dormiu o meu filho e amigo) tem apelas uma cortina , o sol nasce nesse lado , logo a claridade entra muito cedo , e não se consegue dormir mais , a partir das 5:30/6:00 da manhã não conseguia dormir mais , aconselho a comprar uns blackouts para impossibilitar a entrada da claridade . Na casa de banho não tinha secador e falta um móvel debaixo do lavatório para arrumação . Na cozinha a falta de uma máquina de café , estando longe de tudo, não temos onde ir tomar um café ,uma máquina de café faz muita falta. Áreas para T1 boas varanda muito boa para se fazer refeições De resto tudo impecável …. Márcia Penas

Suas sugestões para melhorias são anotadas, especialmente o forno que não é ventilado. Há uma grande prateleira no banheiro ao lado da banheira para seus produtos de higiene pessoal e isso serve bem para nossa família de 4 pessoas quando estamos de férias lá. Lamento que você não seja um fã do sol da manhã, outros gostam muito desse começo de dia brilhante! Thank you for giving our apartment and your holiday a 5 star rating which confirms you enjoyed your time there. Your suggestions for improvement are noted, particularly the oven which is not fan assisted. There is a large shelf in the bathroom beside the bath for your toiletries and this serves our family of 4 well when we holiday there. I am sorry that you are not a fan of the sun in the morning, others really like that bright start to the day! Linda

Boa relação preço qualidade

Apesar de culpa involuntária quer da parte da D. Isabel (responsável local pelo apartamento) quer da nossa parte, o check-in aconteceu 1,30h depois do previsto. Também o apartamento não ter internet e a do condomínio ser péssima, hoje em dia com crianças é quase impossível fazer férias sem esse bem precioso! De resto, tudo muito bom, apartamento muito simpático, extremamente limpo e com todas as condições para se fazerem umas férias TOP!!!

Dear Guest I understand that the delay in getting you settled into the apartment was caused by the failure of the previous guests to vacate the apartment in a timely and orderly manner. I apologise for this problem and hope it didn't spoil your holiday too much. This is the first time in many years of renting we have experienced this situation. Regards the lack of internet, I am sorry that this was a disappointment. We don't advertise that the apartment has internet but there is free wifi in the condominium garden and communal areas. I am pleased to note that you were very happy with all other aspects of your holiday in the apartment, and I thank you for being very respectful of our house rules and leaving the apartment in a clean and tidy manner on your departure. Marc and I live in Scotland with our 2 daughters. We both work, but spend our holidays in Portugal, where we have made many friends and have really fallen in love with the country.

Why they chose this property

We love Vilamoura because it is such a fabulous resort with fantastic facilities and friendly people. There are some beautiful beaches and the marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. As for the golfers out there, you couldn’t ask for more! There really is something for everyone here and the climate is perfect all year round. The area is easily accessible with Faro airport less than half an hours drive away. It is also just five minutes drive, or a pleasant walk, to the fabulous marina and wonderful beaches.

What makes this property unique

The property has two outdoor pools, tennis court and ample gardens for sunbathing. If you're looking for a home from home then you have found it in our delightful apartment. We particularly enjoy dining outside on the large balcony after a day in the sun. The marina is perfect day or night with a great selection of restaurants and bars. Why not do a spot of people watching whilst enjoying an ice cream along the way! If you like to get out and about and explore the local area then we have years of experience and knowledge of the tourist spots for all ages, tastes and abilities. Whether you want to golf, swim with dolphins, ride rapids, see historic sites or find the best supermarket or restaurant, then we’ll happily share our experiences and make recommendations to you. Just ask us.
