My name is Mark, I have a wife called Pam and a little boy called Lewis who is 8.

Why they chose this property

We bought the property about 3 years ago. We liked it because it is in between 2 major resorts but still quiet enough to relax. Lewis loves the pool and having barbecues in the outside eating area. Balchik has a lovely marina where we all love to go and eat in the restaurants and bars. The people are very friendly there are bars and restaurant shops and bus stops all within 400 metres of the apartment and you can walk to the beach if wanted. We have made lots of friends locally.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the relaxing atmosphere you get at the apartment and you can do what and when you want to do things. The beaches are amazing and not to far away. The apartment is not to far away from the cities of Varna and Dobrich. We also enjoy the outside eating area barbecue, tables and benches are there to enjoy. When you wake up in the morning and open the blinds and see the sea you'll never want to go home.
