The living area, with its lovely fireplace, opens to a Provençal style kitchen with a large dining table. There is a fabulous view of the Port Vauban, the sea and mountains from both bedrooms upstairs. The beach is just a short walk away and there are several excellent restaurants close by.

Lage perfekt, Austattung ok, Musik zum Teil störend

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind perfekt und einfach nur traumhaft. Der französische Charme in der Wohnung hat die Erwartungen erfüllt, jedoch ist der eine oder andere Gegenstand in den letzten Jahren viel benutzt worden und könnte ersetzt werden. Die Musik aus der Bar in der Strasse ist am Wochenende gut zu hören und kann den Schlaf etwas stören. Es sei denn, mann ist selber gerne unterwegs oder hat einen guten Schlaf. Die Platzverhältnisse im Wohnbereich sind perfekt und auch die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Leider fehlt ein eigener Parkplatz. Es hat aber in der Nähe 2 grosse Gratisparkplätze zur Verfügung. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Wer keinen Luxus erwartet und gerne am Puls des traumhaften Antibes teilnehmen möchte, ist in der Wohnung bestens untergebracht. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und Antibes ist auf jeden Fall einen Auenthalt Wert.

Lovely location, house a little under-provisioned

The apartment is on the Rue de Casemates, just off the main strip of evening bars / restaurants, very close to town beach and port - we loved the location. Apartment is up three steep flights of stairs - was a bit exhausting! Apartment has a nice appearance and decor, very light and airy with nice furniture.- air con in the living area but only one bedroom which was unpleasant in 30 degree heat. Kitchen was nice and good pots, pans and crockery. However there were no provisions at all - no dishwasher fluid, no washing up fluid, one kitchen roll, 3 loo rolls for a whole week, no ingredients whatsoever (I.e salt pepper, oil), one dirty sponge - other places I have stayed in provide the minimum, it was annoying having to buy all these things. Maybe I expected too much. Also was slightly dirty, bathroom was a bit run down... But all in all pretty good :)
