Villa with Sea, Mountain and Green Valley Views in the Karpaz

The property is a detached villa with bedrooms upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have a veranda overlooking the sea, mountains and a green valley with unobstructed views. The town of Erenkoy has shops, bank and a post office. There are also nice restaurants by the sea. At certain times in the year you will see the turtles coming to shore to lay their eggs. If you fancy scuba diving there is an experienced diving school on the local beach. There are many beaches in this area, including golden beach. The sand is how it is named, golden. This holiday is no Ayia Napia, it is truly for relaxing, sunbathing, swimming and sightseeing. As well as tasting the local cuisine. The property is approx 1 half hours from the airport. Its approx £25-£30 per day to rent a car depending on the time of year and the car make. All other questions you need to know can be discussed on the phone or through email. English speaking neighbour nearby if you need to ask direction, eg where is a good restaurant etc. The property has wifi it also has all English TV channels, movies, Disney channels and much more.

Air-conditioning units in living room and bedrooms. There is also a DVD Player and a radio/CD player in the living room. Just bring your own films for DVD and Cd's for music if required. Full high speed Wifi access available. Wireless connection. So if you want to bring your own laptop, you will be able to access the internet. Karpas Gate Marine also has wireless network, 5 mins away by car, so take your laptop, have your wine,coffee or meal, enjoy looking at the yachts in the harbour and check your e'mails all at the same time.

Outside:
Garden table and chairs are provided for your use. Small bbq provided for your use. There are two patios, one at the front of the villa and one at the back. The beach club bar and restaurant plus beautiful swimming pool is now open at the marina. Don't forget to check this out. It's 5 mins. Drive away from the villa. It's stunning, and good value for money. For babies there is also a high chair and travel cot available if needed, please ask!

Utility Room:
There is an ironing board and iron for your use. There is also a large washing line in the garden.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
Linen is provided in the property, sheets, towels etc. Duvets are provided for winter use. Air conditioning units are for hot and cold use. Extra bed linen is also provided for change of bedding if required.

Other:
There is a toilet upstairs and downstairs. Garden table and chairs provided. If during your holiday you require an extra clean, this is available at an extra cost. Please mention this when you collect your keys.
