Your host
The property is owned by myself Paul, my wife Jill and our lifelong friends John & Christina. We are now early retired from the careers of Sales/Marketing, Banking, Law and Nursing.
Why they chose this property
We all fell in love with SA in general and Knysna in particular when we first visited in the 1995. We visited the then newly opened then "Sparrebosch" Golf and Clifftop Estate in 2000 and to our own complete surprise bought a plot of land which in our opinion had the best view on the estate. We then set about the task of finding an architect (Tom Joyce) and builder (Clive Bouwer who both turned out to be absolutely fantastic. To cut a long story short our "dream house" was completed in March 2002. We now spend up about 3 months a year in Ocean House and are continually upgrading the house and garden.

Offering accommodation of a very high standard, our house can accommodate up to 8 in spacious luxury. Some of the benefits offered include 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms, galleried landing, double volume open plan living and dinning area, television area with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, braai (BBQ) / garden room. The outside areas include a heated infinity pool, landscaped gardens, ocean facing braai room deck and pool terrace and a north facing secluded lawned garden area.
