The apartment has been recently renovated to a very high standard and is well maintained as this is also our main holiday home.

Host very helpful throughout the booking and arrival process - we did need to prompt for some further info when we arrived.It’s a clean and well equipped apartment, no WiFi and we couldn’t get the TV working other than DVDs, no radio/music provision either and the bunk room is a tight squeeze but they always are! Overall good location, clean, tidy and great views.

Super Morzine apartment

Loved staying in Andrew’s property. Favourite feature - the panoramic views from the upper floor balcony - perfect for morning coffees and nighttime wind down drinks. It was a great base for my mountain bike mad family.

Comfy beds, very easy check in and appreciated the flexibility. About 10 mins walk into town so it’s a bit further out but nice and quiet, lovely big bath for after skiing. We were only two but would be perfectly comfortable for more. Thank you.

The apartment had everything from dvds to bread maker. The cave downstairs was a great place to store skis and boots at the end of the day and there was a super market a 5 minute walk away. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Ski trip

This is an apartment that is well-located to the lifts, ski hire ( super morzine intersport with the storage option - fab ), supermarket, and everything we needed. The apartment had everything for easy self-catering, washing, etc. We were 5 adults, there for 2 weeks - snug - but did the trick!. Excellent communication with the owner. Thank you!

Great location, far enough out of town to walk off all the cheese and beer, plus nice and quiet too. Close enough to get everywhere within 5/10 minutes. Really nice apartment, very clean and everything you would need! Beds were comfortable and pillows were nice too as that’s a bug bear when you go away. Towels provided nice and soft- all in all a really great apartment. Good contact with Andy the owner and was really nice to hear that it’s a second home, shows that the place is cared about and it’s clear it is! 10/10, Zach

The property was generally tidy, but attention to detail in cleaning was lacking (dusty chairs and footstolls etc).Apartment uses the space well, but the walls are quite thin meaning you can hear a lot of movement and talking from other apartments.Well placed for buses to the gondolas.Apartment could do with a refresh of decor as is beginning to look a little tired. Cant fault the communication with Andy though, very prompt and accurate.

Beautiful weather, the apartment was lovely (and we left it as we found it ) it has a lot of stairs for a three year old so we had to watch her a bit more than normal. Also could have done with a couple of fans specifically in the bedrooms. We also didn’t figure out the job 😬 But maybe next time

Nice apartment; good and clean bed- and batch rooms.

The absence of a decent dining table is sure worth an improvement. With 5 adult family members it is a bit cramped in the kitchen Area. Having breakfast or Dinner only in the (very comfortable) couches is not completely optimal. The presence of a ski locker on ground level is a pre. Kitchen is perfect. Presence of WiFi these days is practically obligatory…. Andrew is communicating very well and responds quickly: nice! All in all we had a very nice stay. Thanks very much. Reg.Robbert and family

Facilities were very good however, the fridge was disgusting and we had to clean it, there was hair all over my pillow, the glasses were dirty and had to be washed, the cutlery was also dirty and had to be washed.

Perfect location - well equipped appartment

We were a group of four blokes on a skiing holiday and stayed at the apartment. We found the apartment full of character, adequately spaced and well-equipped but best of all, in a great location to walk to the town, get to the ski shop, main lifts and to the restaurants and the local supermarket all within 5-10 minutes walk. In addition, the 2 parking spaces provided are a bonus in Morzine. Would thoroughly recommend.

Hi my Wife and I bought the apartment summer 2010. We love holidaying in Morzine, both Summer and Winter and instantly fell in love with the apartment.

Why they chose this property

We chose this location as we have visited many ski areas in Europe and we can honestly say Morzine is by far the best. There is a massive amount of piste to ski/snowboard, the town is traditional with an old charm feel, it is easy to get to from the several airports.

What makes this property unique

This is a quirky property over 2 and half floors, with a separate double height ceiling lounge, with open fire, kitchen dining area, large bedrooms, exposed beams through out, and the bathroom boasts a free standing bath, separate shower.
