This detached villa is beautifully decorated, refurbished and set in communal gardens within a couple of mins walk to 3 large pools. Arguably the villa has some of the best views in all of La Manga Club. It is nearby to shops, tennis, football and golf. Excellent southerly views over La Manga Club giving sunshine all day long even in winter. This villa benefits from air conditioning for cooling/heating depending on the season and has large sun terraces well equipped with built-in BBQ, dining table and sun loungers. There is a large lounge with open fireplace and TV. Discount for villa residents at La Manga Club. The resort has over 20 restaurants, 6 bars, 2 supermarkets, a dentist, a doctor and a chemist all on site. At the 5 star Hotel there is a nightclub and the famous Piano Bar. Although the resort has its own small beach the extensive beaches and shallow waters of the Mar Menor are just a few minutes away by car, parking adjacent to villa.

Sur l'annonce il est stipulé qu'une place de parking est devant la maison hors pour cette location la place de parking est à l'autre bout il y a énormément d'escaliers à descendre qui peuvent poser un problème pour les personnes âgées quand à la piscine elle ne se trouve pas à coté de la maison comme sur la photo à notre arrivé le ménage n'était pas fait ,le propriétaire venait de partir , il y avait des poubelles dans la maison les draps sales au sol très déçu par contre Abritel à été très réactif pour trouver une solution L'endroit est très agréable

De ruimtes zijn super! De woning heeft echter al heel wat van zijn pluimen verloren doordat het allemaal wat verouderd is. Er waren zeer veel zaken stuk (zoals koffiezet, mixer, lampen, strijkijzer, verwarming, kookpannen, ligstoelen, ...) Weet ook dat deze woning zich helemaal bovenaan op de berg bevindt en je dus een flinke wandeling moet doen naar de winkels beneden. Het geeft je wel een prachtig uitzicht, rust en privacy. Al bij al een prachtige week gehad!

Great location for a relaxing family holiday in a superbly fitted & spacious villa

We had a great two week family holiday with 3 teenage sons. The villa was very spacious inside and out, having two great outdoor areas, one dining and another a sun deck. The property was well fitted out and had all we needed, the aircon was great in all the rooms and critically for our boys, wifi! The location was peaceful and only a short walk down some steps to one of 3 community pools, which were usually very quiet; there was also a very large pool that can be used by the Tennis centre which is split into 3 different sections from toddlers, young children and adults. The La Manga Club itself is huge, more like a large village with groups of communities within which there are numerous restaurants / bars dotted around, plus a reasonably sized supermarket (a large Carrefour hypermarket is only 20 min drive away in Cartagena (which was also a lovely town with Roman theatre so worth a day trip). Our boys are quite sporty so we took advantage of some of the facilities on site (which have to be paid for) such as golf pitch & put, driving range, crazy golf & tennis - unfortunately our golf wouldn't have been good enough for the 3 championship golf courses. We also joined the gym with a months membership (better value rather than paying by the day) within the spa; it was a great gym and we went everyday. The beach is ok if you are happy with pebbles, there are a number of large sandy beaches 15 min drive away. The quality of the food and facilities on site is very good, but is fairly expensive. Our thanks to the villa's owner Michael Roberts who was very good communicator, offered lots of support before we travelled and was very welcoming; as were the management company on site.

Great property and loved la manga club

3 generations and all really enjoyed our time on la manga club. Lots to do on la manga itself and close to some great places to visit such as Cartagena and Murcia. The property is great and has everything you need and has a great view of la manga club and over Mar Menor. Would definitely go back there.
