It has garage in basement, very spacious for two cars, pool and common areas for 24 neighbors, with individual entry per household. Alicante International Airport less than an hour. Train station within 30 minutes Cartagena. Alicante International Airport less than an hour away by motorway. It has three golf courses with 18 holes to fifteen minutes, sailing on the beach. Marina Tomas Maestre ten minutes, you can enjoy boating in a group, you also have the possibility to rent your own boat. Diving club on prestigious Cape Palos fifteen minutes where you can enjoy one of the most important marine reserves in Spain.
