Private Roof Top Sun Terrace, Sea Views, South Facing, WiFi and Aircon

2 Bedroom Apartment with a private roof top sun terrace and south facing front balcony, so ideal in Winter months. WIFI is available. There is ample room for on street parking and is within easy walking or driving distance for a number of local beaches. The famous Mar Menor (or little sea) is about 25 minutes walk away (3 minutes by car). This is a fantastic place for water sports, swimming and good beaches, there are no tides so very very safe for swimming and is much warmer than the sea. Also there are lovely sandy beaches in Lo Pagan. The area is very flat so it's perfect for cycling or walking. Very close to the San Pedro Las Salinas national park, an unspoilt nature reserve which is a favourite with bird watchers! The local town is about 15 mins walk and the motorway is about 1.5 miles away. A bus service to neighbouring towns for non-drivers, and the bus station is only 10 minutes walk away.

Very good apartment in a good location

This was our second year in this lovely apartment.The air con in the main bedroom and the livingroom was very good as the temperature was in the mid 30 most days.The pool 30 yds away was a great way to cool down during the day.Plenty local restaurants and bars with in walking distance.Great backup from Pete and Sue who are just arouned the corner.We hope to visit again soon.

Check-in well organised. Apartment well-equipped & comfortable. Kitchen facilities more than adequate, with large fridge-freezer & washing machine. Adequate table & chairs on balcony & inside. Brilliant AC & Fans in lounge & double bedroom that we used. Adequate & covenient parking adjacent to the apartment. Bonus was a very friendly resident neighbour. Another bonus was a convenient dog exercising park area at the bottom of the street. Would definitely stay there again if we returned to the area.

We stayed at Anita’s apartment for a short break if 16 days. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything one needs, well equipped for all needs (a home from home ) it’s placed in what we think is an ideal location having great weather but also in a quiet location, ideal to get away and relax in the sunshine ! Anita is a very helpful host and always replies to any queries in a timely manner. Love it and would recommend

El alojamiento muy bien, pero a parte de q despues de pagar lo q te piden tienes q pagas el cambio de divisas, la inquilina un dia antes te manda una foto de q hay q dejarle 50€ para limpiar el apartamento a un señor q es el q esta a cargo de las llaves, y eso no lo pone en el anuncio por ningun lado. Ojo, q al precio q os salga habra q sumarle como unos 100€ mas, ya lo advierto. Y para colmo si vais con niños q quieran jugar a traves de wifi, esta roto, yo no pude disfrutar de el.....

El alojamiento de Annita es perfecto si buscas naturaleza y tranquilidad! Tiene dos habitaciones, salón, cocina y baño y una azotea espectacular, donde tomar el sol, leer, hacer deporte, cenar y comer, y con vistas a las salinas. El apartamento dispone de dos aires acondicionados y de todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios. Además Annita tiene decorado el piso con mucho encanto. El apartamento tiene acceso a una piscina comunitaria y su ubicación es excelente. Se encuentra detrás del centro de visitantes de las Salinas y a la entrada del parque regional de las Salinas. Se puede llegar a la playa de la torre derribada en 20 minutos andando, mientras se disfruta del entorno privilegiado de las Salinas. A 10 minutos andando se encuentran las playas de mar menor y a otros 15 minutos el pueblo. Nos ha encantado, sin duda repetiremos. Ideal para desconectar y recuperar energía! Gracias Annita!

el apartamento esta muy bien, bastante completo, estuvimos muy comodos, a pesar del covid19 que hay algunas restricciones en la piscina, solo tuvimos un incidente, el vecino de abajo vino muy molesto a las 9 de la mañana, porque el aire acondicionado suelta agua y le cae en su casa, teníamos que tirar el agua 5 o 6 veces al día. por lo demas muy bien

Lovely relaxing holiday

Recently stayed for a week, the four of us including two teenage boys and we all had a lovely time. The apartment was very clean and Pete and Sue couldn't have been more helpful. The whole process was very easy from start to finish. We had everything we needed. Pool was a lovely temperature and it was nice and clean. Fantastic Lidl's just up the road, we went every day! The apartment is located within a residential area with three eating places very close by (Italian was our favourite). We knew this before we got there so we had a car to travel to others, good job we did as biking would have been far too hot for us (was early 30 degrees every day). The apartment is an ideal base if you wish to travel to Cartegena and Murcia, both about 45 mins by car. Local resorts of Lo Pagan and Torre de la Horadada are lovely too. Loved sitting on the roof terrace at night, seeing the stars and air con was brilliant!

Home from Home.

This is our second visit to Annita’s Apartment and i would not hesitate to recommend it. The Apartment contains everything you need and more, is extremely comfortable and light and airy. We loved having breakfast, sometimes our evening meal, or just a drink on the balcony or up on the Sun Terrace. There are great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops and supermarkets just a short stroll away. We hire bicycles for two weeks and literally potter around visiting local places, walking, swimming in the pool or sea, eating, drinking and having mud baths !!! If you want to travel further afield, the Bus Station is a 15 minute walk away and there is a good and interesting service. Pete and Sue who look after the Apartment are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you for another fantastic holiday.

Very convenient and peaceful

The flat , especially the kitchen, is very well equipped: there's a safe, an iron and ironing board and an efficient shower. Really very easy to live in, though a large number of keys to work out (all very high security). The roof terrace is private, with a view of the sea in the distance. The swimming pool was sadly out of commission for the whole of my stay, but the sea and salt lakes are not far away and there is a beautiful walk through scrub to a big empty beach. The surrounding village is a little bleak; Lo Pagan, the next along, is more vibrant, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Hire a bike and you'll be there in no time. Pete and Sue were very friendly and helpful as was Annita in the UK. I would happily come again.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for the month of November. It was very comfortable, had a good well equipped kitchen and everything else we required. The location is perfect just minutes walking to the sea and the town centre. It is located in a lovely quiet area which feels so safe. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Lovely clean apartment in quiet area

First time staying at Annita's apartment, found it to be a lovely and clean with everything you need for your stay, close to the mud baths and the great beaches at El Mojon and Pilar da la Horadada. Enjoyed the sun terrace and communal pool on a couple of days but if you have a car or rent a bike it's very central to explore the surrounding areas which we enjoyed doing.

Nice relaxing visit

We stayed in Annita's place for a week in June, it's in a good location which you can walk into the main town as we did most days. A hire car is beneficial for visits a bit further out. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will be back!

Fantastic relaxing easy going holiday. Apartment comfortable and cool

The apartment was in easy reach of the salt lakes and views of the flamingos. We hired bikes which took us easily from the apartment to beaches, boardwalks, bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and bright and when (at home) we spent most of our time on the balcony, but did sun ourselves on the roof terrace. We used the pool several times during our 2 weeks,but found the sea lovely and warm and swan every day. We had a mud bath, cleaned off in the VERY warm salt lake and then swam on the other side of the boardwalk. We had a great holiday and would love to return to this very charming and relaxed area. The apartment was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The fan and the air con kept the bedroom cool. We had a few small issues, but nothing that Pete and Sue could not sort out for us and were always on hand when needed. We could keep on typing, but would recommend you come and stay and experience for yourself the pleasure of staying in San Pedro del Pinatar. Happy Holidays! Quiet location. Apartment has everything you need down to beach mats. The only thing missing was bbq. Roof terrace real sun trap the front balcony more shaded for cooling of time. WiFi excellent. We spent all our time either on roof or front balcony. There is only one bar one restaurant and one small shop in immediate area. Car hire needed. Overall excellent apartment

I have had my apartment in San Pedro for a number of years and bought it from new. I love San Pedro and spend as much time there as I can. I love being near a Spanish town and yet so near to the sea and every amenity you could need is within half an hour. I live in Yorkshire which is beautiful so I have the best of both worlds!

Why they chose this property

Because it's South facing, great views of the sea from roof top terrace and near a lovely Spanish town which gives you a great Spanish feel without being remote. WIFI is also available. The area is very flat so fab for walking or riding a bike in very safe bike lanes plus wonderful food, what more could you ask for when living in Spain!

What makes this property unique

My property has all mod cons, WIFI a very well equipped kitchen as I used to have a Restaurant nearby. Air con which is a must in the summer, English TV, and well equipped private solarium ( private roof area ) with lovely views of the sea, new loungers and chairs, Great for alfresco dining the solarium can be lit up at night.The swimming pool is looked after to a high standard and has plants, loungers and gazebo's.
