About this property

This is a unique delightful property as it consists of a group of separate Thai style accommodation pavilions, built originally for the owner's large visiting family and friends. There is a main home, and smaller pavilions built around two swimming pools and waterfall features . There are abundant balcony's and verandas for entertainment and dinning, including a massage pavilion, Koi Carp pool and waterfall.

The main pavilion has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and a small kitchen. There are three additional accommodation pavilions, two with double bedrooms and lounge area and one with a single bedroom all having en suite bathrooms. All have large king sized beds and ample room and storage.

A further pavilion features a designer kitchen with all modern facilities, and utensils.In addition to several other food and drink preparation areas in each of the accommodation bungalows

Each of the pavilions are complete with cable or satellite TV, air conditioning and WIFI.

Situated only two minutes walk through coconut groves is the very unspoiled and secluded Natien Beach, and within 100 meters from the exclusive X2 resort and Spa. This property is a very, short drive from one of Samui's main tourist beach areas of Lamai, having many restaurants, bars and clubs. Chaweng Beach is a 20 minute drive.

A stroll along the beach gets you to Samui Zoo and Aquarium, a very popular tourist attraction. With the beach also being popular for Kite Surfing.

A wonderful place to organize a reunion for family and friends. This is a very special location and property.

Un séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans le logement Collin. Après avoir visité le nord nous sommes arrivé à Koh Samui pour une semaine. La maison est très agréable, nous nous sentions très bien. Chacun avait un peu son indépendance tout en étant ensemble. Collin a été très à l’écoute et nous a permis de faire une excursion magique avec les enfants. Juste pour information mais nous l’avions précisé à Collin dans le descriptif il est écrit à côté de la plage de Changwen mais en fait pas excatement. Les masseuses à 200 m de la maison peuvent se déplacer à domicile, et Joe le taxi a été super pour nos déplacements. Ce fut un séjour très agréable et remplis de souvenirs.

A secret escape...

My friends and I had the most amazing stay in Colin's villa. Colin was there to greet us on the day we arrived and was so friendly and welcoming. The villa it'self is beautiful in a quiet location, but it was easy enough to arrange transport through a local taxi provider who Colin knows well. They were able to take us to Chaweng and Lamai for very reasonable prices. We were also stuck on Koh Samui during the cyclone and so couldn't leave the island for 3 days. Colin was great and let us stay in the villa for the extra 2 nights and he text to check in on us to make sure we were all OK. At the end of our stay we met Colin in Lamai to say goodbye and have a few drinks which was really lovely. We had the best time staying in the villa and we thank Colin for making us feel at home Thanks Gemma

I am an Australian living in this home in Samui for 9 years and the owner and operator of Bophut Diving Resort, Koh Samui's premier Scuba Diving School and Resort. We have two of Samui's best Diving cruisers, and operate from Bophut Fisherman's village. I purchased this home in order to accommodate friends and family while on vacation, here in what I consider to best the best location on this beautiful tropical paradise .

Why they chose this property

This property is perfectly suited for a large family or group of friends. located in one property the standalone bungalows allow for privacy while the communal pools, kitchen and entertainment areas, make for a terrific holiday residence.

Although located on a quieter beach on beautiful Koh Samui, access to night life, restaurants and entertainment areas are five minutes drive. Offering the best of both worlds, quite tropical living with entertainment and areas.

This is a wonderful home to simply relax and leave the stresses behind.
