Basic Villa

The Villa is basic, very basic. Pros - location was peaceful albeit lots of insect noise given its location to the forrest - notwithstanding I still liked the location away from the bussle of the town just a short 800metre walk away.Cons the Villa is extremely basic with little luxuries or homely touches (small square rooms with beds) bathrooms dated. kitchen,dated and not very pratical - pool very small - all in all it appeared the villa is maintained on a tight budget to help increase margin i guess - i will not be returning. Loved Koh Samui however the Villa was a 4 out of 10 IMO. We were charged aprox 1000 baht for power - not sure why this relatively small charge cannot be included in price upfront - No street lighting. Unlike other Villa complexes in the area. (They seem to be hung up on power consumption)

SAWAN pool villa

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour Petit bémol sur l’odeur due aux remontées des douches et toilettes et beaucoup de stress due à la consommation d’électricité générale notamment la piscine qui ne devrait pas rentrer en compte dans le montant car déjà très restreint. Dans l’ensemble bel environnement calme sécurisé.
