Beautiful sea view, villa SINGEANT is located close to Bophut and Maenam beach. Nearest neach is at 800 m W Hotel beach. You will enjoy great location in a well decorated villa. The swimming pool is quite large (3 * 16 m) and surrounded by a garden.
Villa Singeant have two large bedroom and a living room well established.
Really quiet neighborhood. You would if available book a tennis court.........
You could cook easily as the kitchen is really big and modern

Beautiful villa with an excellent host! We spent a great week here, relaxing by the pool and walking down to sample various bars and restaurants. Tip: if you need to arrange a pickup we found it easier to use the tennis club as a location as the villa can be confusing to drivers to find

Very Nice Villa with a wonderful view on the ocean und the jungle surroundings. Very kind and helpful manager. In summary I would really recommend this villa for a nice stay in Koh Samui. Enough space for 4 people and a nice big living room. The pool is really huge and perfect for swimming. The only thing you should know is that the electricity is not included in the price. That u pay extra after your stay. But I think it’s fair. We would definitely come again. Thank u so much

Thanks Christoph for your comments. About electricity it is mentioned on website. If we included in price people would open windows and switch on electricity in same time. It happen previously. See you next time. Have great dau Am and Out

Really nice house and friendly Am

The views and the pool is just like in the pictures, amazing! location is also good, few kilometres walk away from fisherman village or Bohput. Familymart is just a short walk away. Grab and taxis find the place easily. It's on quite a steep hill but it's still accessable with a baby stroller and a car of course. The rooms are comfy, there is warm water, cool aircon, nice breezy fans everywhere. Kitchen has all the tools to cook yourself and a dish washer. TV with all the channels but you will be distracted by the view :) Also you will be greeted by Miss Am who will help make your stay as comfortable you like! Overall you won't want to leave this place :)

We love the place. It looks better than on the picture. Very cozy, very quite. Great for family or romantic get away. Definitely will stay there again. The hosts Thika and her brother Out are wonderful. Btw, it is not on the list, but Out can cook for you amazing meals, better than the cooking class we took in bophut. and he will drive your rent car if you don't want to do right-hand drive.
