Date Palm offers luxurious, spacious and varied accommodation, the four amply sized double bedrooms all offer en-suite accommodation, the living areas are comfortably furnished in a simple, uncluttered and stylish way, with the shaded and furnished patio areas and roof terrace adding extra living space for members of a larger party seeking a quiet corner. An added sun terrace means that sun can be found throughout the day. The villa is very child friendly , the marble staircase is gated to the bottom and top, we supply 2 highchairs and a travel cot. The roof terrace offers a fantastic sea view and is the perfect place to finish off the day or start the evening with a pre-dinner drink and a guaranteed glorious sunset. Kalamar Bay offers spectacular sea views with the back drop of the Taurus Mountains. The proximity of the villa to the sea couldn't be more perfect for those looking for a change from lazing around the pool.

25th wedding Anniversary celebrations

There was 8 of us staying to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, even our best man joined us. We found the villa perfect for our needs, the pool was the perfect temperature and we said you couldn’t stay in Kalkan in July without a pool!!! The kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of towels for the bathroom. The pool guy came every day, he was very friendly. The villa is behind another row of villas on the hill so some rooms you can see the sea but others you have the view if the villa in front however you are not overlooked at all and it’s very private. A couple of points that could make it even better - back door mats to go out to the pool so you don’t get the kitchen floor wet and the addition of dressing tables for when you are doing hair/makeup. Communication was excellent by the management team. We would definitely go back, thank you to all who manage it.

Fantastic stay in Kalkan

This was a lovely villa to spend a much anticipated holiday after having to postpone during Covid. We are a family of four with two grown children and have been to Kalkan many times but this was the first time we had stayed on the Kalamar side of town. Two other friends joined us for the holiday and the location was great, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and Kalamar restaurants and bars, 5 minutes down to the nearest beach clubs and 20 minutes to the centre of Kalkan itself. The pool was a reasonable size although a little overlooked but this is not surprising considering how close to the coast you are. You could still see the sea from the pool side and the view from the roof terrace was spectacular. Sally was fantastic as was the team in Kalkan who dealt with any queries or issues very promptly. The villa has everything you could possibly need and I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Sally!

100 % Urlaub

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise alles bestens gewesen. Date Palm Villa kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Es war für 8 Erwachsene eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Auch Kinder hätten sich hier wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank Sally, du warst eine tolle Gastgeberin.

Genoten van het zwembad

Mooie woning en het zwembad was heerlijk. Klein probleem met 2 van de airco's 1 van in de woonkamer en 1 van de slaapkamers. Maar verder hebben het naar ons zin gehad. Zelf had ik graag gezien dat er schoonmaakdoekjes aanwezig was zodat je niet eerst naar een winkel moet om spullen te kopen om het huisje bij te houden.
