Nice quiet apartment of 65 m2 on the ground floor, composed of a living room of 25 m2 with equipped kitchen, saddler with washing machine and dryer, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower room, wc.
Upstairs a second bedroom with 140 cm bed and its large balcony, shower room and wc.
Terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs surrounded by a vegetable fence.
Two private parking spaces in front of the apartment.
In the heart of the village, near the south lake, 10 km from the ocean.
In summer bus shuttle to the beach.
A DEPOSIT OF 500 € WILL BE PAID ON ARRIVAL (check or cash)
 A deposit of € 60 for cleaning will be paid on arrival.

Ein wunderbares Appartment

Das Appartment ist einfach toll: wirklich komplett ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Alles funktioniert tadellos. Die Vermieter sind toll, sind jederzeit ansprechbar und geben gute Tipps für den Urlaub. Das Auto kann man direkt vor dem Appartment parken, die Umgebung ist angenehm und sicher. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Appartment bestens empfehlen!

Appartement très propre, bien agencé et équipé. Par rapport aux photos le lierre a poussé sur le grillage entourant la terrasse, occultant le vis à vis sur le parking ce qui est une bonne chose. Communication très bonne avec les propriétaires.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce charmant appartement bien meublé et équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut, dans une petite résidence calme avec toutes les commodités à proximité. La plage et le lac se trouvent seulement à quelques kilomètres et sont faciles d'accès, ce qui est très appréciable. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et de bons conseils notamment à propos des activités et lieux à découvrir . Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés.
