My apartment 'located in an ancient palace of 1800, and' on the second floor, with elevator. I restored the apartment in a modern contemporary style, adding a touch of difference between modern historian. It has a large room with kitchen, laundry room, 5 double rooms including a quadruple and 5 bathrooms in every room. WIFI throughout the hotel, and TV in the rooms and in the common room. I dispose of 1 key bunch each whole room to be the most 'independent customers. L 'apartment is approximately 300 square meters and the rooms are very spacious, with large windows, air conditioning throughout the property. Bed linen and bath linen are provided by us

Best Host Ever!!

This apartment was central to everything and Guido always checked to ensure we had a great time and attended to any issues right away. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to any first time visitors of Roma.

Great location for a large group

We were a group of 10 and the space was really comfortable. Everyone had they our bedroom and bath. A plus is the restaurant downstairs.

First time in rome

Very nice apartment, rooms are very spacious and we liked that evey room had its own bathroom that was very helpful for a large group. Location is perfect close to alot of attractions, shops and restaurants we walked almost everywhere. Both our host and the lady that met us to check in were absolutely wonderful very nice and helpful. We recommend this place 100%

Beautiful and confortable

Awesome stay, great location, nice and clean, great communication with host, Guido. Just ask him how to use the stove, this place is great for big group, every room has a bathroom. I’ll be back.👍

Ryder Cup

Fantastic Apartment in a Nice location

Our stay was fantastic. It perfectly fit 6 adults and 4 kids. We each had our own rooms in pairs of two and the kids rooms could have fit more because of the bunk beds. Each room had its own bathroom which was a big help. It was wonderfully cool in the apartment because of the AC. The check in process was super smooth. The restaurant below and the location of the grocery store just 30 seconds away made it nice for a quick snack and to grab food for eating in the apartment. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and it completely lived up to the listing.

Great rome apartment

Guido was an AMAZING host and was so accommodating even when we arrived a day late due to flight cancellations. The apartment was very clean and they even aseked us if they could bring us some new linens halfway through our stay! The apartment has everything you may need from cups plates and cutlery, to shampoo and condiitioner and hair dryers. The apartment is conveniently located across the way from a taxi station where bunches of taxis line up waiting for rides. It is also a quick couple minute walk to several breakfast and lunch cafes which we took advantage of. There is even a gelato place directly next to the apartment which made it easy for late night runs! Between Guidos amazing hospitality, great apartment and even better location we will be sure to stay here again!

Perfect Roman Holiday!

Guido was the perfect host. He met us when we arrived but was so very responsive weeks before. He answered each message quickly and thoroughly. His property came exactly as advertised. His property had all the things we were looking for: many bathrooms, washer & dryer, really good A/C and excellent Wi-Fi. On top of that the pantry and fridge were well stocked. He also was a wealth of information about the area and even helped us getting a driver for several trips. I highly recommend Guido as a SUPER HOST! The ages of the people in my group ranged from 27-89 and everyone was happy with our accommodations as well as our host Guido. He was simply wonderful and his property was perfect! I would go back cans actually hope too! Don’t hesitate to book this property.

The location is desirable. Close to Roma Termini, shops,churches and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and well stocked. Communication with Guido was easy and most pleasant. You won’t be disappointed if you book this apartment.

Downtown Rome

Great location, close to many of the attractions. Air conditioning worked good, there is an elevator to use to help get luggage up and down because your on the 3rd floor. Lots of hot water for showers, we were a group of 12 and would definitely stay again if visiting Rome.

Amazing stay!

This property is perfect for a larger group or family. We had a group of 13 and everyone was comfortable in their own rooms. The apartment was clean, had good amenities, and we were able to check in easily. Definitely recommend.

Great for Big Group!

We had to find a place in Rome for 13 people - so it was tough. The apartment itself was great. Clean, host communication was great. The only drawback was the location. The neighborhood is a little rough. I would recommend a taxi vs the subway for later nights. Overall, it was pretty good.

Graduation trip

Celebrating two high school graduations with a girls trip. Seven adults and two children ages twelve and five. Great space for all of us! Each room with its own bathroom. Grocery store two minutes walk away. There is an elevator but a few steps to go up to get to it. Guido was great! One of our party was sick during our stay and he helped getting her medicine and even brought it to the VRBO for her! There also was an issue with the kitchen sink and Guidio had a plumber come fix it within an hour after we told him! The location is good. A little bit of a walk to main attractions. But in a quiet area that we liked. Would stay here again!

Perfect for large family

In the heat of Rome, we loved that it was air conditioned. Family said it was a little oasis for us when we needed a break. One of the best features is that each room had private bathroom and shower. Location was great for us since it is right across the street from one of the four major basilica’s of Rome. Parking is hit or miss. We parked far away when we arrived in the afternoon and then went back and brought cars closer when evening set in and streets were less crowded. You do have to pay the parking meter fees. I also think it’s good to be prepared for the Rome city tourist tax. It’s around $6 a head each day. Totally legit but can be a surprise. We absolutely loved our stay even if some of the other tenants seemed annoyed at our presence as tourist. I highly recommend this for place for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Rome.

Family of 11 in Rome

The apartment was exactly as described and met all our expectations. The location is excellent. Guido was very helpful and gave prompt replies to any questions we had with recommendations for restaurants and train from airport. It was a delight to stay there.
