Lovely stay in Moraira

We stayed at Ana's property in Moraira for 11 memorable days. The house had all the amenities a family of 5 like ours needed; a beautiful pool, grand indoor spaces and not the least large tranquil outdoor areas. We could relax and enjoy our time in Moraira to the fullest. When we had a query about the water heater, they responded immediately and helpe us without any problems, all very smooth and efficient. Thanks to Ana and Rosa for making our stay worthwhile.

Como en las fotos

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en esta maravillosa villa. Es tal cual aparece en las fotografías. Ya la propietaria nos lo puso fácil entregándonos un plano de Moraira y una guía y poniéndose a nuestra disposición si necesitábamos algo. El aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla, necesario para estos días calurosos, la posibilidad de desayunar en una terraza y comer en otra, en función de la orientación del sol, es una gran ventaja. Zona muy tranquila. La playa está muy cerca y se puede aparcar en un pinar junto a ella. Supermercados y servicios muy próximos. Sin duda alguna repetiremos. Muchas gracias por todo Ana.

Haus Top, aber kein Mietvertrag und Differenzen bei der Bezahlung.

Tolles geräumiges Haus, schöner großer Pool, gepflegte Anlage. Sehr schnelle Hausübergabe, Handgeschriebener Zettel als Rechnung. Hätte ich nicht darauf gedrungen, mir die Barzahlung zu quittieren, wäre seitens der Vermieterin nichts passiert. Bei der Abreise wurden die 4 Klimageräte auf Herz und Nieren geprüft, ebenso die beiden Fernsehgeräte, das war bei der Schlüsselübergabe nicht der Fall!

Beautiful and luxurious villa in Moraira

This villa is very beautiful and luxurious! Everything is available in the villa (wifi, airco, dishwasher, washingmachine, tv, etc.). The kitchen en livingroom are very large and the decor is very nice. The masterbedroom with ensuite bathroom is very large. The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom downstairs are a bit smaller but very good as well. The naya is very big and nice. The garden is beautiful with lots of terraces and beautiful plants and palmtrees. A gorgeous view across the hills and mountains. The pool is large and very nice. The whole plot is fenced and there is a automatic fence. The villa is close to the centre of Moraira (2 minutes by car) and supermarkets (Lidl, Carrefour, Pepa la Sal) are also closeby. The owners are very friendly, they were very understanding and helpfull to us after we had been robbed and couldn't pay a part of the rent in cash! They don't speak English, through email they use an online translator to communicate. Face to face it is a little bit difficult to communicate, but they will try their best to help you understand them. But it can be helpfull to know a little bit of Spanish. After the waterboiler broke down they immediately came to the villa to have it replaced. We had a wonderful stay in this villa! 1 suggustion: it would be nice to have more comfortable sunbeds at the pool, sunbeds that are adjustable and maybe some cushions on them.
