Living room with TV (satellite), flat screen, 3 sofas, American billiards.
Second living room with 2 sofas.
Large fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, 4 glass-ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave oven, American fridge, electric coffee maker + Tassimo, toaster for 4 slices of bread. Exit on the terrace.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with king size double bed and a bedroom with bunk beds.
1 bathroom with bath and toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 shower room and washbasin with the master bedroom.

1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet - washing machine 8 kg.

Large terrace with barnum. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Barbecue with sink and double fridge.
Swimming pool with waterfall.

A relaxing location

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. The location is down a quiet track and there is very little noise. There are beautiful views to be taken in and the pool was the perfect size for our group of 12. There are a few local restaurants within a 10 minute walk and a short bus and train ride takes you to neighbouring towns. Both stations are a short walk from the villa. Martine and Jean-Luc were very welcoming and accommodated an earlier check-in for us.

Nice villa with great outdoor space

It’s a nice property with a great outdoor space. We liked the outdoor cooking area, bar and swimming pool. The pool table indoors was also a great addition. The rooms upstairs were very hot and my old mum couldn’t walk down the dirt track to the main path so we had to drive everywhere. However for a chilled week around the pool I would recommend.

De super vacances

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines chez Martine et Jean-Luc des hôtes charmants et soucieux du bien être de leur résidents. La maison est très grandes nous étions 12 personnes de 4 ans a 65 ans. Tout est parfait de l’équipement de la cuisine jusqu’au jardin et sa piscine entretenue régulièrement par le pisciniste. Le billard a été fort apprécié. Nous avons profité grandement de la cuisine d’été . L’annonce correspond totalement au logement. Nous avons découvert la Costa Blanca. Nous avons passé un super séjour, nous reviendrons sûrement mais en avion cette fois-ci ! Merci à Martine et Jean-Luc pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse.

Family and friends villa holiday

We had a lovely stay in the villa. Very peaceful, lovely pool and grounds. The hosts were the best ever and only too happy to help us enjoy our stay. Only 15 minutes to the beach and harbour by car and a short walk into the village for bars and restaurants. We would recommend this villa to families. Plenty of room. Would stay there again. Thank you
