Estancia Moraira- agosto 21

El alojamiento de la parte superior está bastante bien, pero el de la parte inferior huele a humedad y las camas son bastante malas. La zona de la piscina es estupenda, con la cocina de verano, que resulta muy útil, pero por la noche aparecían ratas en el jardín, algo difícil de controlar por el propietario , pero que que incomoda bastante la estancia. La playa y el pueblo de Moraira están muy bien y en coche llegas en 5 minutitos. En general la estancia ha sido buena y quitando las cosillas que he comentado, todo ha estado fenomenal.

Villa très sympa

Nous avons séjourné avec 6 adultes et 3 enfants, le séjour c’est merveilleusement bien passé, la villa magnifique, confortable, emplacement au top très calme. Monsieur Louis très accueillant avec de bon conseils ………

Estancia tranquila

La planta superior y la parcela muy bien acondicionada. La planta inferior en peor estado y con olor a humedad. También tuvimos problemas con el desagüe que aunque vino el chico de mantenimiento , no se solucionó.

Moriara 2019 Beautiful!!!

We spent 2 weeks at this villa and had a great time. The upper level of the villa where the pool and summer kitchen was beautiful. We spent our days lazing around the pool and our evenings socialising in the outside kitchen/ bar/ eating area. The villa itself is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare food and there were plenty of glasses etc. We also found it really useful having the outside shower / toilet room. Definitely saved the kids needing to go in and out of villa wet. Moriara itself is beautiful and the views from the villa are amazing. Being August it was busy, but lovely. Ws had an amazing meal at Ca Pepe and also Bar 21 which was close to villa. A car is essential to get around and to the supermarket. All in all a lovely holiday was had by all!!!

Great house and host

We stayed in the house for two months during the summer. Its situated in a nice and peaceful neighborhood just five minutes drive from Moraira city center. The property is will kept. The apartment on the upper floor is of a better standard then the one on the first floor, but both are nice. We had friends and familiy visiting during the summer, and everyone loved the house. The outside area are close to perfect, with a nice pool, lots of space and a brilliant bar area with a summer kitchen. We had very few problems during our stay, but if anything happened Olivier was very helpful and every issue was solved right away. He has a nice couple, Louis and Valerie, looking after the property and making sure the guest gets help when needed. Louis cleans the pool regulary and Valerie got us in touch with people who cleaned the house for us once a week at a fair price.
