Lovely 2 bedroom villa with pool - only 20 min walk to beach. WiFi.

Our lovely 2 bedroom bungalow is ideally located on a large end plot of a quiet residential complex only a 20 min walk (4 min drive) to the pretty town of Moraira and the Blue Flag beaches. The villa sleeps up to 5 people in comfort with the wonderful communal pool only a few steps away. Our large private sun terrace is an ideal place to relax during the day and great for enjoying a BBQ whilst the sun goes down. Inside, the living accommodation is open plan, with a relaxing lounge boasting LCD TV and DVD player with an array of films to enjoy. You can dine on the balcony which has sea views and overlooks the garden. Kitchen fully equipped with oven and induction hob, fridge and all the utensils you will need. The villa has a double bedroom which is bright and airy plus a twin bedroom with the option of using an additional folding bed. Bathroom with walk in shower! Excellent Fibre WIFI. Perfect base for a relaxing and great value holiday. Air conditioned!!

Maison à Moraira

Très bon séjour dans cette agréable petite maison. Tout était très bien mais 4 tabourets pour que toute la famille puisse s’installée autour de l’ilot serait parfait ainsi qu’un grand frigo a la place des 2 petits.

Super appartement

Mooi appartement met een groot zwembad voor de deur, waar je ruime tijd gebruik van kan maken 8.00 - 23.00 uur en wat over te algemeen niet druk is. Vanaf balkon uitzicht op zee. Terras heeft goede beschutting van planten. Badkamer aan kleine kant, maar te doen. Heeft wasmachine ook handig. Het enige wat ik miste was de airco. Wij waren en warme periode en ondanks de rolluiken voor de ramen was het wel warm. Je kon wel de ramen openzetten want er zaten horren voor. Ik raad zeker het appartement aan en de verhuurder reageert ook snel op je berichten

La maison de Sean était parfaitement adaptée à notre famille ( couple +2 enfants). Tout le nécessaire à disposition. L'emplacement de cette maison est idéale pour l'accès à la piscine. Le quartier est très calme.Je recommande vivement et Sean le propriétaire est très réactif. Belle région à visiter!

Ha sido una experiencia muy buena, ya que la villa es grande y pegada a la piscina comunitaria, en la cual no suele presentarse mucha gente por lo que en la mayoría de las ocasiones puedes disfrutar de la piscina para ti sol@. Villa cerca de diversas playas y calas y a poco kilómetros de Calpe y Javea.

We booked and stayed for one month. The villa location and surrounding community were very good. The pool garden was well maintained by the weekly visit of the gardeners. Unfortunately, the villa private garden was unkept and overgrown. The plastic garden furniture was badly weathered. The interior of the villa is very tired and well used. In the main bedroom, one electric socket was cracked and the other broken and did not work; the main light switch did not seem to have a function. The lower wall socket is poorly mounted. The kitchen is modern; the TV and washing machine work well. The bathroom is small and it was impossible to take a shower without the water splashing beyond the shower area. The whole property was full of clutter. The website photos really do not reflect the current condition of this villa.

Geweldige locatie maar huisje is wat betreft inrichting sober

Ligt aan een prachtig verzorgd parkje, mooi groot zwembad, rustig gelegen en zeezicht. Inrichting is sober: geen koffiezetapparaat, vaatwasser, keukenspullen erg minimaal. Voorkamer heeft geen verwarming, met slecht weer niet warm te krijgen. Wel lekker terras!

We stayed 2 weeks 8th-22nd Sept and it was very quiet and peaceful. Nice villa with a great pool within a few yards, which was almost a private pool for the stay. Everything you need in the villa except air con. There were fans but not as effective as a/con. The only slight problem we had was the washing machine was very old and did not work but it didn't cause a problem. Easy 20 mins walk to the town -25 back up the gradual hill. Would highly recommend Bar 21, only 5 mins walk away. The owner Sean was very helpful and always replied very quickly. Would definitely recommend the villa to anyone

Villa spacieuse (nous étions 4), agréable à vivre avec la piscine juste à côté et très peu de monde qui l'utilisait (1ere semaine d'Août). Les environs sont très beaux avec de jolis plages et de belles visites à faire. Propositions d'amélioration : un four micro-onde, une cafetière électrique et une moustiquaire sur la fenêtre de la pièce principale pour pouvoir plus aérer la nuit (nous avons eu un peu chaud mais nous nous y attendions). A recommander sans hésitation. Spacious villa (we were 4), nice to live with the pool next door and few people who used it (1st week of August). The surroundings are very beautiful with nice beaches and nice visits to do. Suggestions for improvement: a microwave, a coffee maker and a mosquito net on the window of the main room to be able to ventilate the night (we had a little hot but we expected). Very good value for money. To recommend without hesitation.

Belle petite maison

La maison est tres charmante et fonctionnelle. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont entièrement refaites. Elle est idéalement placée par rapport à la piscine. La résidence quant à elle est calme. C'est très appréciable. La plage est à à peine 5 minutes en voiture et nous avons toujours trouvé de la place sur le parking qui plus est gratuit. Bref nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa et cette région.

Desastrosa!!!!!

Nos terminamos nuestra estancia, salimos el 1-9-17,la villa no reúne las condiciones normales de un alquiler con ese precio; el televisor con canales de Inglaterra (por falta de una pieza) el frigorífico mide 50cm de alto con un congelador minúsculo,las camas a un palmo del suelo y los colchónes de 10 cm de altos,en dos de sus ventanas no hay mosquiteras ( con la plaga de mosquitos que hay) sin aire acondicionado,y con una vegetación el el jardín que tapaba todas las vista al mar,en fin.!! Para no volvel y denunciarlo por publicidad engañosa.No es la primera vez que recurrimos su agencia,pero esta vez no acertamos y las vacaciones han sido desastrosas,nos sentimos estafados.esperamos nos devuelvan la fianza lo antes posible y una compensación.un saludo Salvador Sanchez

We are very sorry, disappointed and surprised that you did not enjoy your stay. We are always available to help with things like TV channels but we do have guests from all over Europe. The fridge is a standard under counter size and the beds - all of which were replaced in 2016 including mattresses, are usual height. We do not have and do not advertise the villa as having air conditioning. We have recently replaced our fans but most of our guests come to Spain to enjoy the warmth. You can see the sea from the balcony. We are very lucky to have a large garden/terrace with vegetation which offers a degree of privacy for our guests. Your damage deposit was refunded before you issued your review.

VERY NICE PROPERTY IN A LOVELY SPOT

The villa was in a very good spot and the pool was lovely....very quiet when we were there so mainly had it to ourselves. As previous people have said it is approx. 20 minutes walk into Moraira and there is a very good local restaurant - Ca Pepe - about 5 minutes walk away that is excellent. Not terribly Spanish I know but they do a fantastic Sunday roast. There was everything we needed in the villa although must admit did not do much cooking as we like to go out. All went very smoothly and the owner Sean is very helpful. Summing up I would say that for the money it is excellent as a base for exploring the Costa Blanca - not luxurious but very good for the price paid - and you can see the sea from the balcony!!!

Good location

The villa had everything you need. The only down side was an issue with the pool. Being a nervous swimmer I took a small swimming ring into the pool as a genuine swimmimg aid and was told by the caretaker that it was not allowed. At the time there was only myself and 2 others in the pool. This may be an issue if you are traveling with children. Unfortunately I would not book this villa again for this reason

Tolles, kleines Bungalow mit freundlichem Vermieter aber "Lärm"empfindlicher Nachbarschaft!

Haus und Vermieter: Wir kennen den Floridapark nun seit über 30 Jahren und kehren eigentlich immer wieder gerne an diesen Ort zurück. Früher als Hausbesitzer - dieses mal als Mieter und mit einer befreundeten Familie. Wir mieteten zwei Bungalow nebeneinander. SEAN ist als Vermieter sehr angenehm, freundlich und sehr zu empfehlen. Sollten Probleme auftreten, ist er fix zu erreichen und bemüht dieses so rasch als möglich zu beheben. Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz für eine 5 Köpfige Familie. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend und kaum zu überbieten! Herzlichen Dank für diese Möglichkeit und Ihr Engagement! Urbanisation "Floridapark": Die Urbanisation ist sehr gepflegt und biete viel Privatsphäre! Einziger Kritikpunkt sind einzelne, überempfindliche Anwohner_innen. Mit Kindern die sich gerne bewegen und aktiv sind, ist der Floridapark als Reiseziel bedingt zu empfehlen. Immer wieder ertönte ein genervtes "pssst - quiet please!" aus einer der Gärten. Bereits am 3. Tag hatten wir eine heftige Auseinandersetzung mit einem Anwohner, welcher anscheinend die Meinung ALLER vertritt. "Wir seinen zu Laut und unsittig mit unseren Kindern und niemand möchte mehr den Pool benutzen wegen uns..." Dies, obwohl wir sehr bemüht waren, uns an die strengen Poolregeln zu halten. Im Vergleich zu später eintreffenden Feriengästen, waren wir unserer Ansicht nach keineswegs Laut und hielten uns definitiv konsequenter an die Regeln der Urbanisation Floridapark als sie. Vorschlag: Hausordnung bereits vor dem Vertragsabschluss kommunizieren - dann kennen die Mieter vor der Ankunft die Regeln! Beispiel: Ballspiele jeglicher art, Luftmatratzen im Pool, Lärm jeglicher Art und ins Wasser springen etc. ist im Floridapark strengstens verboten und wird von der dort ansässigen Nachbarin konsequent kontrolliert! Letzteres ist gerade mit Kindern kaum einzuhalten und sorgt dementsprechend für Diskussionen. Wichtig: Nicht alle Nachbaren reagieren mürrisch - viele sind auch freundlich und kinderliebend. Leider liessen wir uns von den negativen Äußerungen während des Urlaub etwas die Laune verderben. Schade und unnötig. Fazit: - Vermieter top! - Preis-Leistung hervorragend! - Haus zweckmässig eingerichtet und ideal für bis 5Pers.! - Urbanisation und Lage grundsätzlich perfekt für Familien. - Regeln der Urbanisation jedoch zu streng und somit nicht wirklich geeignet für Familien mit aktiven Kindern - Einige Anwohner zu lärmempfindlich

A useful base in the area

This property is just right for two people. All the necessary facilities are included and the view from the small terrace towards Moraira is excellent. Set in a quiet area within a 30 minute stroll to the town. We were there in December and the urbanisation was very quiet.

We own a Coach Holiday firm in England, so basically all we know is 'holidays'. The villa is family owned - used by my brothers and myself for our family holidays and my parents (that's Mum in the photo) for longer breaks.

Why they chose this property

We bought this villa because we have been visiting Moraira, and in particular Florida Park since we were kids. Its a lovely small estate with a relaxed atmosphere, large swimming pool and communal gardens. Our particular villa has one of the largest private gardens with a big terrace - perfect for al fresco eating or relaxing on a sunbed.
