Villa La-Trompeta is located just 250m from the sandy beach "La Fustera" in Benissa Costa and only 3 km from center of Calpe.
Shops, restaurants and supermarket in the immediate vicinity (500m).

100% money refunded guaranteed due to COVID 19 when Spain closes borders.

Suitable for 2 to 15 adults and in peak season to rent for min. 7 nights.
Off-season free choice (number of) days, as well as start-and end date.

Rent specified in the "Rates" section go on one floor with a occupancy up to 6 people.
For each period and any occupation I create a custom quote.
The consumption of water, gas and electricity (also air conditioning) is included in the rent during the high season (May till September).
Outside this period: consumption of water, gas and electricity are calculated on the basis of meter readings.
Rent varies and depends of period you stay in, length in time, number of people and if you want to rent 1 or 2 floors.
Free use of all (bath) towels and bed linen, kitchen towels, cot, high chair and WiFi internet access.

Deposit is 1000 euros

Final cleaning is 200 euros for 1 floor and 250 euros for complete villa..
Also for rent for longer periods possible.

The house has a ground floor with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room with adjacent large (buffet) terrace.
The 1st floor is accessed via a separate entrance and also has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room with terrace buffet.
If one floor is rented out to you, the other floor stays closed and not used, so complete privacy is always guaranteed.
Roof top with jacuzzi can always be accessed.

Magnificent sea view and Ifach rock, as well as mountains.

Per floor:
Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, oven, etc.
Outdoor kitchen and kitchen 1st floor also have a dishwasher.

3 bedrooms with 6 sleeps, living room with double foldable bed and 1 cot.

Groundfloor has 3 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 cot.
1st floor has 2 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 cot.

Living room with quality furniture, flat screen satellite TV (all channels),1 high chair and a fold away double bed (160 cm wide), so suitable for up to 8 people on the ground floor.
In the living room on the 1st floor there's a sofa bed (1,40 m wide) for 1 or 2 people.

On the ground floor: 2 bathrooms; One with bath, other with shower.
On 1st floor: bathroom with shower.

Private illuminated swimming pool of 12mx5m at the same level as the groundfloor unit, 8 deck chairs, 4 umbrellas, garden furniture, lounge and gas BBQ
1 outdoor shower (warm/cold water) and toilet, fully tiled around.
The start-up of the pool heating is only at the request of the tenant. For an optimal result, this is done 3 days in advance and costs 100 euros.
The consumption costs for heating the swimming pool are always to be paid by the tenant and are calculated via a separate meter.
Full Inverter Duratech Pro 21 Kw heat pump for a perfect temperature.
Fully equipped outdoor kitchen (coocker, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, fridge, freezer, etc.) with bar table and three stools, teak table with 8 chairs.
Other terrace has 1 tabele with 6 chairs.
Equipped with accordion doors/ laminated glass to even enjoy the scenery in the evening whilest colder during harvest and winter.
Electric awning.

Under the carport an outdoor fitness with e.g. Technogym treadmill, bike, weights and fitness equipment Kettler Pro is installed.
Ping-pong table, football table and' tap' pool (Belgian pool variant) present, which will be changed to an american pool soon.

On the top roof there's a Hotspring Jacuzzi for 6 people, 6 relaxing chairs and teak table with 4 chairs and umbrella with amazing views !.

Garden with fruit and palm trees, parking for 4 cars, secure storage for bikes (ideal for cycling tourism), fully fenced plot of 1000m2 with a lockable gate.

I rent out 1 VW Caddy Maxi that can transport up to 7 people and your luggage and a Citroën Jumpy that can transport up to 8 people with large luggage space.
These cars are parked at a secured airport parking of Alicante and Valencia.
A shuttle service takes/ brings you to the airport/parking in just a few minutes.
100 Km's per day included in rent, hour of picking up and returning required in advance.

The house is nice, location is ok, quiet, close to the sea. But too many details missing. There are two dishwashers... neither one works (and one of them is obviously not working, broken handle that has been tried to fix, to no avail). Several details not up to date/standard. And owner not to be found (his phone broke right when we told him dishwashers were not working, etc. So no answer until 5 days later, the night before we checked out). Upper floor has to be accessed through stairs outside, there is no internal communication between both floors. Top of the building has a jacuzzi but nothing else, unlike advertised. We asked him the first night to heat up the pool, and suddenly it took 3 days to heat up (supposedly it is one... no clue why he didn't want to help, we were obviously willing to pay). All in all, the house is not bad, but service is truly disgraceful. I would of course not come back and cannot recommend it.

Spacieuse et agréable maison tout près de la plage. Atouts : Quartier calme, grande piscine chauffée, beaucoup d'activités pour tout âge : billard, jacuzzi, ping-pong, baby-foot... Situation idéale pour des excursions dans les environs. Tout le confort pour de bonnes vacances en famille. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui s'est plié en 4 pour nous faciliter la vie.

Not as advertised
The location of the property is absolutely perfect and if it was as advertised it would be absolutely perfect in every way. However, the property is in serious need of an upgrade. Downstairs, the kitchen has doors falling off, there was a large chunk of wall that had been damaged and had nails sticking out of it outside of the bedroom with bunk beds which one of our boys caught his leg on. The bedrooms look nothing like the pictures on the website, all the walls need a serious re-plaster and re-paint. There is black mould in the bathrooms. Upstairs the kitchen is better but the boiler leaks and has a plastic container and pot to catch the drips which constantly need emptying. The bedroom at the far end has 2 single beds one of which had 2 broken slats that had been put in the wardrobe. The other 2 single bedroom, had 2 plug sockets none of which worked and had bodged repair round one of them. Everything needs re-plastering and re-painting. The air conditioning unit from the upstairs lounge was constantly leaking and dripping water onto the back stairs access and made them dangerously slippery. The pool area fridge/freezer worked intermittently and we found the only solution to keep it working was to keep it on fast freeze. The list goes on and on. We did however make the most of our stay in this beautiful location and if the upgrades are made this property would be absolutely stunning. Communication with the host was excellent and he did say repairs to the villa be done ASAP.

Viva La Trompeta
We, a family consisting of 12 people, age between 4-72 years, spent very nice10 days at La Trompeta. The interior was nice and homely. In every room there was very efficient air conditioning. The poolarea was amazing and the outdoor kitchen was perfect.You did see the kids in the pool while cooking. Lots of sunbeds with mattresses and bath towels. The neighborhood was really nice and the proximity to the beach was a luxury. If there was something we wondered about, it was easy to get in contact to Yves. Our family can definitely imagine coming back.

Schöne Villa
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit einem tollen Pool und einem einzigartigen Blick.Die Einrichtung im Erdgeschoss ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider ist alles vorbei. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
