The fully furnished apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests with one double bed and a sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. There is a large balcony with a magical view of the sea! You’ll love it because of the comfy bed, the view with its breath-taking sunsets and its location altogether. A place to relax, safe for kids, and accessible by car and public transport. With its unique architecture, the Green Coast complex has two private beaches and ample parking space, while it is a 15-minute walk away from the Temple of Poseidon and just an hour away from Athens

The Green Coast bungalows complex is located in Sounio, at the southern part of Attica, on a rocky pine-covered bay that lies on the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea, 700 meters from the famous ancient Temple of Poseidon. The area is of great archaeological interest and is related with ancient Greek mythology. Below the Temple of Poseidon, also famous for its amazing view of the Aegean Sea when sun sets, there is a sandy beach with umbrellas to rent, where two restaurants with excellent food are operating.

Green Coast is about 45 km from Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos, where residents of the complex can find car rental agencies to facilitate their transition to the complex and their transportations in the area.
The nearest town is Lavrio (7 km), a large port through which the sea connects with Kea and Kythnos, these two islands offer daily excursions. Lavrio is known for its archaeological museum with prehistoric finds. There are supermarkets, taverns and fresh fish restaurants in the city. It also has a Health Center and private clinics, as well as a long-distance bus station connecting Lavrio and Athens daily.

What makes this property unique
Green Coast is a fenced complex of 15 acres of landscaped grounds with bungalows and a private pebble beach set on the rocks. Access to the sea is either direct or secured through special platforms and a metal ladder on the side wall of the central platform. The beach area is equipped with chairs, umbrellas, awnings and showers (no extra charge). The descent / climb on the beach takes place via a concrete stairway that connects directly to the dwellings. The complex also has a private car park and a children's playground.
