Nice studio of 25m2 entirely new on the ground floor of villa with independent entrance, in 600m2 of fenced land with infinity pool to share with the owners.
It is located 800m from the center of the village of Auriol in the heart of the Provence of Pagnol and 15mn from Aubagne city of figurines and ceramics.
The location is ideally located 20 minutes from Aix en Provence, Marseille, the beaches and creeks of Cassis or La Ciotat, between the massifs of Ste Baume, Garlaban and Ste Victoire.
The studio and the swimming pool are located on the owners' land in a very calm and sunny area.

Séjour à Auriol

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le très beau logement de Chantal que ce soit l'intérieur et les extérieurs tout était au top. Un accueil chaleureux. Idéalement placé, près des calanques de cassis et de la Ciotat que nous avons visitées. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Petit road trip dans le Midi

Magnifique escapade à la découverte du Midi de la France. En visite du matin au soir, puis de longues nuits de sommeil réparateur dans un petit appartement sur les hauteurs d'Auriol, dans le calme absolu. Wunderbar!

Durch Zufall haben wir diese Ferienwohnung gefunden und hätten es nicht besser treffen können! Wir waren total glücklich mit dem Appartement und der Ausstattung, vor allem aber mit dem wunderschönen Außenbereich und dem tollen Pool. Dort haben wir wunderbar entspannte Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und idyllisch, gleichzeitig kann man aber viele tolle Ziele erreichen, wir waren u. a. in Marseille, den Calanques, an der Côte Bleue, in Aix und in den Gorges du Verdon... Ganz besonders wird die Wohnung aber durch Chantal und Alain, die unglaublich herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber waren! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit, die wir bei Euch verbringen durften, und für das leckere Abendessen und den schönen letzten Abend. Bis hoffentlich bald wieder!

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour dans ce magnifique havre de paix ! Chantal et Alain sont des hôtes fort sympathiques, accueillants, de bon conseil et discrets. Le studio était nickel, propre et vraiment trop charmant ! La terrasse offre une très belle vue et la magnifique piscine était vraiment parfaite en cette période de canicule. Prachtig en Gastvrij

Het verblijf bij Chantal en Alain was super. Het verblijf is prachtig en heerlijk koel wanneer het buiten warm is. Daarnaast is het zwembad fantastisch, evenals de vele opties aan zitplekjes overal in de tuin. We hebben erg genoten van de lekkernijen en de gastvrijheid.

Wij hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf Bij Chantal en Alain. Gezellig klein huisje, met een prachtige tuin, met vele gezellige kleine hoekjes. Chantal en Alain zijn prima gastheren en bieden ook af en toe een aperitiefje aan, heerlijk genoten!

Traumhaft gelegenes Haus und phantastische Gastgeber

Wir haben uns zwei Wochen sehr wohl bei Chantal und Alain gefühlt. Wir wurden unaufdringlich umsorgt, jeder Wunsch wurde uns von den Aufen abgelesen. Das Appartement in dem wunderbar gelegenen Haus war ideal, wir hatten viel Platz im Außenbereich des Hauses und haben ausgiebig den wunderbaren Infinitypool genutzt. Mit einem Wort: Es war wunderbar, wir haben uns einfach mehr als wohl gefühlt.. Nach zwei anstrengenden und schönen Wochen auch auf dem Miuntainbike sind wir gut erholt wieder heim gefahren.

Nous avons découvert un petit coin de paradis .Chantal est aux petits soins avec ses locataires.Nous avons pu profiter de tout le confort qu'offre la location .Des prestations de qualité et une propreté irréprochable.La piscine est très agréable.
