We are so excited to add this legally permitted studio to our Waikiki vacation rentals. Located only a minute from Waikiki Beach, this piece of paradise provides unobstructed views. Instead of staring at another condo building, you'll see the greenery of Kapiolani Park, the Honolulu Zoo, Diamond Head, and Waikiki Beach. Yet it is very close to all the wonderful Waikiki Amenities.

We looked at rooms in this building for ten years and finally found this fantastic studio. We installed new granite counters, a full-size refrigerator, a kitchen sink, high-quality split air conditioning, a 40" flat-screen TV, and much more. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed fiber optic cable WIFI and enjoy streaming your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon Video, and others on the internet-connected TV.

It is an excellent location for those that love the outdoors. The lovely Kapiolani Park and the beach are across the street, where you can walk, run, surf, boogie board, swim, and even hike up Diamond Head! It is also the perfect location if laying on the beach is your form of exercise!

Is surf up? Just look out the window to find out! The prime boogie-boarding spot in Waikiki is only 1 minute away and we provide two adult-size boogie boards, two Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Adjacent to the boogie-boarding site is a huge beach area protected by a sea wall that forms a gigantic saltwater pool with lifeguards for added safety.

Though the room is on the small side, you have a table and chairs on your private lanai (balcony) with an unobstructed Diamond Head and ocean view; you also have use of the huge observation deck with stunning views on the 10th floor.

Parking is available at the on-site parking garage at Waikiki's most reasonable rate, especially considering that we are virtually across the street from the world's most famous beach. Details on reserving parking are provided after booking.

The room comes with free private WIFI, flat screen tv, cable TV, all linens, beach towels, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, induction cooktop with pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils, iron and ironing board, two full-size boogie boards, 2 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, and a small beach cooler.

For your convenience and security, we will ask you for a code that is easy for you to remember, and we will use it to set the keypad lock to the room.

The Waikiki Grand Hotel offers fantastic amenities, including a beautiful lobby (with a grand piano), front desk concierge services, a swimming pool, coin operated laundry facilities, a hamburger restaurant, another restaurant/bar, onsite parking garage, two elevator and the 10th floor boasts a remarkable observation deck with panoramic views of Diamond Head, Kapiolani Park, the Honolulu Zoo, and Waikiki Beach.

Hervorragende Lage, toller Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Unterkunft ist sehr klein, die Küche besteht nur aus einem Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Toaster. Dazu Geschirr. Wer nicht viel kocht und nicht viel Platz braucht ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben.

Wonderful find! It reminds me of a small boutique hotel in NYC. From the lanai you can see Diamond Head, the Honolulu Zoo, a park, Waikiki Beach, and lots of sailboats on the ocean. A half block from the beach, so of course there is street noise but you won’t hear it if you shut the door and window. Anything you want is within walking distance. Great communication from the owner and the Waikiki Grand Hotel. Friendly and helpful. The room is small but you’re on Oahu and you don’t really spend much time in the room!

Absolutely Amazing!
This place was great. The views from the lanai were stunning! You can even see the pink flamingos down below at the zoo. Ideally located in Waikiki steps to the beach across the way. Yes, it is small but who stays in their room that long other than to sleep?! The place was spotless, the bed comfortable and check-in was a breeze. Also the owner was very attentive and answered questions promptly. Highly recommend! Thanks Steve!

Steve is a real estate broker and has been licensed in Hawaii since 1999. Iku is a licensed real estate agent and a native Japanese speaker. We have traveled extensively and this gives us an understanding of what our guests need to make their stay enjoyable and safe. And being owners of rentals gives us the experience to help others buy and sell rentals and second homes.

We founded a vacation rental company named A Piece of Paradise on Hawaii Island (aka The Big Island) in 1996 and managed wonderful vacation homes in a special area named Kapoho. In 2011 we sold A Piece of Paradise and began relocating to Honolulu. A multi-year search for properties followed, and our hard work paid off!

In addition to managing our own properties we also love to help others buy their own piece of paradise in Hawaii. Even if you cannot live in Hawaii full time, It is a wonderful feeling to know that you have property here and you can come whenever you want. And when you are not staying at your property, the rent can help pay the bills.
