Amazing property w/ comfortable bed

I enjoyed staying in this beautiful spacious house located within walking distance of great Little 5 Point restaurants and shops. All appliances were modern and the king size bed was very comfortable.

Clean ,safe and very well maintained Property!

This amazing Apartment was absulotely perfect for our needs. It's very spacious and has a great layout . It's tastefully decorated and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay . The Unit we rented comes with 2 gated parking spots . There are plenty of Markets, Shops and Restaurants within walking distance. Little five points is charming and lively and has lots to offer. It's also a short walk to the park . I hope I get another chance to stay there on my next visit ! Thank you Lee

Classic & Grand

This building (Inman Park Place) was recently restored by it's current owners; and as an owner of high end vacation rentals myself I can assure you that there were no expenses spared in bringing back this gem of a building. The building is in the Little Five Points/Inman Park/Candler Park area and you can experience the vibrancy and funkiness of what is going on in these neighborhoods just by walking out the front door. The furnishings, hardware, appliances, fixtures, hardwood flooring and all materials are of the finest quality that one would find in the best custom homes. I have also had the privilege of staying in 3 of the four units of the building, so I provide a unique perspective for any potential renter here at Inman Park Place. Unit 4 to me is the "Grand Master" unit - it could sleep four comfortably. It is a fabulous 2nd floor unit while it is also a two story unit. The kitchen is large with ample space to cook. This unit boasts many rooms including a comfortable living/TV room and a sunroom/office (located on level 2). The guest bedroom is cozy and cute and directly across the hall from a beautiful bathroom. The master suite is amazing - in fact I basically lived up in this area - it is on the third level (second level of the unit) . It has a wonderful king size bed and a TV and a great walk in closet with laundry - the dual sink bathroom with large walk in shower was a real treat. There is also divided living area with a literal wet bar refrigerator and hosting area which is why I never left the suite. Truly fantastic. The sunroom/office sits off the walk in closet - however the office can also be accessed by a great spiral staircase from the main level of the unit - thereby not having to disturb anyone sleeping in the master bedroom. This unit is great and I really enjoyed my stay!
