VA Highlands is a fun/safe area in town (close to everything in Atl). This is a high end 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse that is guaranteed to make you enjoy your stay in Atlanta. Full updated kitchen, multiple balconies, large over sized master bathtub, large closets, WIFI, cable, garage and all housewares included! It's a great stay for all occasions - family, business, friends vacation, close to hospitals. No fires or smoking allowed.* ONLY Dogs allowed with $150 non refundable pet fee plus $25 per additional dog. Dogs must be crated when left alone.


*$500 fee will be charged for smoking ANYWHERE on property OR having a Dog on the property without our knowledge.

Gorgeous Property - Great Location

We loved absolutely loved, loved, loved our time here. The place is gorgeous and exceptionally comfortable. Off-street garage parking was an added bonus. The location is fantastic. Easy walks to great restaurants and shops (and ice cream!) or just stroll in and around the beautiful neighborhood. The place is also nicely situated for a short drive to either downtown or Truist Park, depending upon your preference and schedule. My wife is already asking when we can go back for another stay! Thank you.

What a perfect mom getaway!

This is an absolutely adorable abode for a getaway. It’s so nicely decorated, the layout is so comfortable with several porches and big doors to open for fresh air. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds, great pillows, great bathrooms. Location was perfect to walk to nearby restaurants, and shops, there’s a grocery store one block away. The host was communicative and very helpful.I hope I get to stay here again someday!

Excellent location. Very easy to check in with a real key! lol This home is very clean and neat. There are plenty of kitchen utensils if you would like to dine in or just make coffee in the morning. They have two coffee pots- keurig and drip which is very nice. Excellent light and airy place to stay.

Nothing short of an amazing host

Elizabeth and her sister (owners) were amazingly responsive and hospitable hosts. We were evacuated due to Hurricane Milton and drove throughout the night to Atlanta. Elizabeth checked in multiple times during the early morning hours until we arrived. Their home was centrally located, very comfortable for our family and fur babies. Truly wonderful hosts and property in the midst of what was difficult time. Thank you both!

very conveinent for us, as close to grocery store and our daughters house. Rugs on floor need to be taped or secured better. Lock box wasn't locked when we picked up key. would have been nice to know bedrooms where on the 3rd floor so we could have prepared better

Visiting our son and wife’s birthday

We came to Atl to visit our son and celebrate my wife’s birthday with our kids. We had a blast, lots of close things to do and restaurants within walking or short Uber rides. The house was perfect for us as a launching pad. The house had everything we needed and the host was extremely gracious.

Lovely Townhome, Great Location!

My husband and I spent an entire month at Elizabeth's rental. It is true to the pictures, spacious and well-maintained. The neighborhood is very walkable with many tasty restaurants to explore. Having our own garage was a also a big plus!

My second visit here was every bit as wonderful as my first visit a year ago. This home is in the middle of all things happening in Atlanta; great location and a beautiful home. The owner Elizabeth is very responsive to any inquiries and questions. Best gem on home away in the heart of Atlanta!

Location is perfect!

We rented this townhouse so we could spend our first night having fun in Virginia Highlands. We walked to everything. Great pubs and restaurants there. We used Uber to go to a concert at Variety Playhouse the next night. Easy breezy! Townhouse was clean, has everything you need. Owner was great! Would definitely stay again.

Very nice house

This house is real nice with hardwood floors throughout. It is conveniently located within minutes of the World Congress Center and many other attractions, as well as shopping and eating. If your are mobily impaired, however, there are several stairs to climb. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great but the beds were not comfortable and they need some better non-stick pans. We requested a better pan since they said they live next door, but they said they didn't have any.

AWESOME!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this lovely home in the Virginia Highlands area. Fresh flowers greeted me when I walked in, and everything about this home was immaculate. This home is in walking distance to fine restuarants, shops, parks, etc., a perfect Atlanta location. The only regret I have is I did not book this for two weeks as opposed to one week. You could not find a better home owner than Elizabeth; she responds quickly to questions before and during your stay, and checks to make sure you are happy with your stay. And, she welcomed my four legged babies! I come to Atlanta alot for business and pleasure, and I will definitely look at staying here on future trips. Thanks Elizabeth for making this a wonderful trip!

Atlanta Trip Gone Wrong

We never had the chance to stay at the property as the owner thought it was necessary to state that she would have her husband come and check us into the property. In the statement she emphasized that he was a Police Chief and would be in full regalia. I am 56 and proud of the my family and friends who protect my community and others. Never have I had someone desire to use the police to as the owner stated “ insure there we were good people” your phrasing and intent was to intimidate/warn the occupants. We have a contract and an agreement of terms and breach of that contract has consequences. The owner does not state this until after you provide payment. Thus not allowing those who wish to patronize the property the opportunity to make an informed decision. I rent properties as a convenience when traveling and have never encountered such nonsense as with this property owner. As I stated to them. Being judged based on the behavior of others is untenable and not the experience anyone desires when spending their hard earned dollars. Before you rent this property you should have a through conversation with the owner to see if every patron is subject to this kind of scrutiny!
