This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse is guaranteed to make you enjoy your stay in Atlanta. Fully updated kitchen, multiple balconies, large oversized master bathtub, large closets, WIFI, cable, garage and all housewares included. Just steps from the heart of Virginia Highlands (VaHi), one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods, you will be walking distance to restaurants shops, bars, grocery, bakery, etc. The location is unbeatable! No fires or smoking allowed* ONLY Dogs are allowed with $150 non refundable pet fee plus $25 per any additional dog. Dogs must be crated when left alone.our insurance doesn’t allow us to host pit bull or pit bull mixes.

*$500 fee will be charged for smoking ANYWHERE on property OR having a dog on the property without our knowledge.

What a great spot! Perfect location, wonderful bungalow with so much character and charm. We hung out on the wide porch and enjoyed the friendly neighborhood vibe. Host was so great with communication and accommodating our schedule. The house was stocked well with all the things you need to make the stay convenient and comfortable. Such a lovely and comfortable spot! Would definitely stay there again!

We had such a fabulous stay at this property. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed, I appreciated having a garage to park the car as on street parking could be a challenge. Many bars/restaurants a short walk away. A grocery store an easy couple of blocks walk away. So conveniently located to everything you want to do in Atlanta. We really did enjoy our stay. I will be back again the next time we come to visit my niece!

Fantastic weekend stay at Elizabeth’s place. The home was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. We loved the old craftsmanship and HUGE rooms. The hardwood floors are beautiful and the furnishings were perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The neighborhood was great! We walked down to Blind Willlie’s for an awesome night of Blues our first night. Day 2 we enjoyed an easy walk to Auburn BBQ for lunch and then headed to the Marta for a ride to the stadium for a game. We would definitely stay here again. The home had everything we needed and more.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful historic home in Atlanta! The house is spacious and perfect for families—plenty of private rooms for everyone to have their own space, and the layout worked so well with kids of all ages. Great location, well appointed property

This house is great for a visit to Atlanta. Close to many attractions, easy walking to lots of restaurants and other businesses. Clean and well cared for and we loved sitting on the front porch in the beautiful fall weather. Communication with the owner was super easy and she was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

After considering everything:I wouldn't recommend this property to my friends or family.It's old and dated. Limited amenities and lots of rules to follow/obey. The communication with the host was strained. They live nearby and make sure you know it. Specifically mentioned they are in law enforcement.The location is flawless if you want to experience East Atlanta, L5P, Decatur, etc. Unfortunately, that is the only positive.

Gem in Virginia Highlands

This gorgeous home is comfortable, convenient to downtown and walkable spots to eat, and it’s much bigger than it appears in photos. Elizabeth is warm and friendly, and she is a delightful host. High ceilings, polished and intricate hardwood floors, and comfortable furnishings add to this feeling like home. I will definitely stay here again!

Elizabeth did a great job communicating everything that was needed and even recommending things to do and places to eat. The home had everything we needed and I even enjoyed sitting on the front porch with a cup of coffee in the morning. Wowza—Exceeded expectations!!

What an incredible find! Home is beautifully appointed, lots of room for a family, well-equipped and large kitchen, and comfy beds! Gorgeous hardwood floors and fireplaces in every room (so charming). Plenty of linens and clear instructions from owners. Location is great in Virginia Highlands. One bedroom gets a lot of light and you may want to have sleep masks if you’re light-sensitive and need to sleep in a darkened room, but I would rent this home again and again!!

Charging house in a walkable location

My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay. The house is easily walkable to some great restaurants, bars, a grocery store and Piedmont Park. The house itself is beautiful: there’s a wonderfully large front porch with a fan which was great for people watching and the house very comfortably fit the five members of my group. The rooms are spacious, and with the addition of the half bath there was never a queue to use the restroom. Elizabeth herself was a wonderful host. She was easy to get in contact with and very flexible with my group.
