Fewo Porto Pino

Das Haus ist sehr schön, gepflegt und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Check-in: Information über defektes Haustürschloss und Standort Wasch- und Spülmaschine sowie Kühlschrank. Unser Zutritt fand damit über die Terrassentüre statt. Es fehlt an Kleinigkeiten: zum Beispiel eine entkalkte Dusche im OG (EG war i.O.), vorwiegend Plastik und keine Weingläser - immerhin waren zwei Saftgläser vorhanden. Bei Ankunft Samstagnachmittag wäre u. E. eine Rolle WC-Papier angemessen gewesen.

VACANZA DA SOGNO

La casa è molto bella, accogliente e spaziosa, arredata con molto gusto anche nei particolari; dotata di tutto il necessario lavastoviglie, lavatrice, tv, condizionatore, stoviglie di tutto di più a differenza di altre case trovate in passato; la posizione strategica a pochi passi dai negozi e da una spiaggia meravigliosa; abbiamo avuto la possibilità di conoscere anche la padrona di casa che ci ha accolti con molta cordialità ed è stata disponibile ad ogni richiesta; sicuramente ci torneremo!

Ottima posizione e pulizia

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno di maggio in questa bellissima casa. La villetta è pulita, in una buona posizione e ben attrezzata. Il giardino è curato e fresco, sono state piacevolissime vacanze!

Das Haus ist perfekt zum Entspannen, wenn auch mit kleinen Mängel.

Das Haus ist gut und praktisch aufgeteilt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die schattige Terrasse, von welcher man durch eine Gartentür Zugang zu einer kleinen, autofreien Grünanlage hat. Weniger schön war, dass die Klimaanlage bereits bei unserer Ankunft kaputt war und auch während des zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts nicht repariert wurde. Ausserdem gab es leider keine Mückengitter vor den Fenstern. Genossen haben wir den Urlaub trotzdem.

Vacanze perfette

Abbiamo trascorso delle meravigliose vacanze a Porto Pino soggiornando presso Casa Rubina. È una villetta ben arredata e attrezzata con particolare attenzione. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la veranda, che grazie alla sua posizione sempre ombreggiata, ci ha permesso di di mangiare piacevolmente all'aperto. Se torneremo a Porto Pino, alloggeremo sicuramente qui!

Ben posizionata e ben attrezzata.

Il posto è tranquillo e molto comodo per famiglie con bimbi. Il mare è meraviglioso ovunque e l'unica insidia è il vento ma organizzandosi si supera anche quello.

Villetta praticamente nuova molto comoda ed accessoriata

Siamo stati una settimana. La casa è nuovissima e provvista di tutti i confort, aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e BBQ esterno con possibilità di mangiare fuori all'ombra dei pini. Buona divisione zona giorno (ampia) e zona notte, utili i doppi servizi con doccia. Si arriva a piedi sia ai negozi che al mare, ma con pochi minuti di macchina si raggiungono tantissime spiagge con colori indescrivibili. La consiglierò a chi mi chiede una sistemazione in Sardegna e spero tanto di tornarci.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Unkomplizierter und sehr freundlicher Kontakt! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, hat eine gute Ausstattung und die Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer sind klimatisiert.

Casa deliziosa in un paradiso

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa casa appena ristrutturata pulitissima e molto accogliente. Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone e abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza di due bagni con doccia che hanno velocizzato molto i tempi per togliersi sale e sabbia. Il giardinetto all'ingresso ci ha dato la possibilità di poter stendere gli asciugamani e lasciare ad asciugare palette e secchielli senza portare Kili di sabbia all'interno. La zona giorno è ben distribuita e attrezzata, cucina con lavastoviglie, zona pranzo e salotto con grande divano e TV. Questa sala affaccia su un altro giardino privato dove c'è un grande tavolo ombreggiato dai pini sul quale abbiamo consumato tutti i nostri pasti, è presente anche un BBQ in muratura che abbiamo utilizzato. In tutte le stanze è presente l'aria condizionata e le due camere da letto al piano superiore dispongono di capienti armadi e cassettoni e affacciano su due terrazzi. A piedi è possibile raggiungere sia una serie di negozi come bar, market, macelleria, che, con una breve passeggiata, ristoranti tipici e la spiaggia più vicina (meno di 10 minuti). Con una mezz'ora di macchina si possono raggiungere decine di spiagge paradisiache, alcune più selvagge, alcune più attrezzate, ma tutte dai colori mozzafiato e l'acqua cristallina. Sono presenti delle dune di sabbia protette che rendono il paesaggio ineguagliabile. Nel paese più vicino c'è anche un Conad fornitissimo e lungo la via principale ci si può fermare a comprare frutta e verdura locali. Siamo stati magnificamente con tre figlie di età compresa tra i 7 e i 15 anni siamo riusciti ad accontentare tutte cambiando spiaggia ogni giorno. Torneremo sicuramente e facendo vedere le foto ad i nostri amici tutti hanno voluto informazioni. La casa è provvista di biancheria molto comodo visto che viaggiavano in aereo e il servizio di pulizie finali ci ha permesso di goderci la vacanza fino all'ultimo giorno.
