The building, located near the beach of Lido San Giovanni and the pine forest of Maria Pia, is ideal for relaxing holidays. Given the location of the house, you don't need a car. Everything can be reached on foot with a 5-minute walk. The white sand beach is ideal for families with children.

For those wishing to go to the beaches outside Alghero, we recommend the Shuttle Bus service that leads to the beaches of Bombarde and Lazzaretto.
