Rental on the best beach of Alicante
The apartment was exactly as described in the advert. In the off season the pool and fitness studio are apparently closed. The view and bed are wonderful. The kitchen had enough plates and utensils for two persons for a day but not enough to make the dishwasher useful. The Agentur was responsive to a drainage stoppage caused before the time of our rental. We received confirmation emails from FeWo, Vrbo and Villas de Cine (Agentur) but questions we submitted to the Agentur through FeWo during the weeks following the booking did not receive a response. The FeWo chat line gave us the direct number of the Agentur in Spain. We eventually learned that Villas de Cine was with whom we had a legal agreement. We found that WhatsApp was the most effective means of communication with Villas de Cine. The deposit was credited to our account on the first working day after the rental. Having reduced our expectations of responsiveness somewhat, we would rent again from Villas de Cine and through FeWo/Vrbo for this and other properties. The representatives of all the groups, when reached, were friendly and helpful.

Estudio muy mono y coqueto,con vistas al mar ,tienda cercana pero pequeño (claro , es un estudio)
Las vistas, la ubicación.
Debería ser más barato en mes de julio y porque es muy pequeño.
Comparando, he visto poca diferencia de precio entre apartamentos más grandes en Muchavista en agosto y el estudio.
Faltaban algunos utensilios como un escurridor.

Es la 3era vez que me he alojado en este estudio y volveré. Cómodo, muy bien distribuido, menaje de cocina, etc.
60% de la estancia sin aire acondicionado :-(
