Gulf front condo sleeps 6+. Has King size bed in master and Queen and 1 twin in the guest bedroom. Couch pulls out to queen size bed. Unit has full size front load washer and dryer. Unit has been fully updated as 5/1/2020. All new bathrooms. All bedrooms have 32in LCD TV's and Wifi. Downstairs balcony overlooks beach and pool. Master bedroom balcony overlooks lake Powell.

Amazing Location

Very clean and plenty of space. Right on the beach, pretty view, and room is easy to find. The beach was also not too crowded and water was great. Hosts were also great with communication with any problems we had.

We had a great week. The condo was clean and efficient. The property amenities were great and clean and easy to access.We had an issue with the oven but the owners were easy to get hold off and had no additional issues. We will stay again.

Great location

Nice condo and right on the beach. More spacious than expected. We had three adults and 3 teens and did not feel cramped. Easy access to grocery stores. Carillon has some great little places to eat. This is a great location. Easy to go to 30A or Panama City. Traffic will be a factor depending on time of day that you are traveling. Would definitely rent again.

Loved this condo. This was our first time staying at Pinnacle Port and I would stay here again. Very clean and bedrooms were roomy with 2 separate bathrooms as well as another one downstairs in the laundry room. Master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen and twin bed. Both rooms have a TV as well as the living room has a BIG TV. (Bedrooms are upstairs) The Ramsey’s are so very nice to answer any questions you have! Also love the keyless entry so I don’t have to worry about keeping up with a key! You will not be disappointed.

Great room to stay in

This measured up to our expectations of the room. Was great. The bad thing is pinnacle point needs to work on their facilities. One out of three elevators was working while we were there. The pool lunch place was never open and it just seems like they are lacking. By all means. The room and hosts were great. Pinnacle point just needs to get it together. We have stayed here for years.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Clean, the beds are comfortable and keyless entry is great (no keys to keep up with) We have been coming to Pinnacle Port for about 15 years and it's great for families. Close to grocery stores and great restaurants. 30a is a skip and a hop away. Thank you Mr. Ramsey

Wonderful beach vacation

Pre-vacay process was a breeze! The owners gave a detailed list of what to bring, which was super helpful. The location of the condo was fairly secluded. The wide stretch of available beach in front of the condos gives you plenty of room in the sand. The entrance, hallways and elevators were well maintained. The room was decorated very nice. It was super clean. The master bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms had nice tiled showers. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owners make themselves available by phone for even recommendations in the area. They were delightful to communicate with.

Wonderful Condo!!

Loved the condo! Renovated, clean, perfect location! We really enjoyed our stay!! Darrell was very nice in contacting me about an issue (a very minor issue) he had before we arrived, just to give me heads up! He had it resolved before our arrival!! Would definitely recommend renting this condo.
