You have the luxury of private beaches with the convenience of an easy drive to all of the fun attractions at Myrtle Beach or Wilmington.

Keys in the Conch Shell is a wonderful 5 bedroom & 4 bathroom oceanfront home with a private boardwalk directly to the ocean! Enjoy the glorious sunrise and your morning coffee from the 2nd floor Master Suite with private oceanfront owner’s retreat/sitting area and private balcony with custom high adirondack chairs overlooking the beautiful coast. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and 2 share a Jack & Jill bathroom. 4 of the bedrooms have balcony access and 2 have oceanfront balconies.

Delight in the beautiful panoramic views of the ocean from the main living area; fully equipped with indoor dining areas for 13. Granite countertops & new stainless steel appliances make the fully stocked kitchen a cook’s delight.

Do you have kids that don’t want to hang out with mom & dad? Our kids’ retreat sleeps 6 and includes 2 sets of bunk beds (full on bottom/twin on top) with kids’ gathering area with 48 in. smart TV and gaming chairs. They can play Xbox, board games or just hang out having fun.(Xbox not included in rental, but feel free to bring your own)

Watch the sunset from the large oceanfront deck that boast 6 custom tall adirondack chairs and 8 ft custom picnic table for dinners overlooking the ocean. Private heated pool with 8 luxury chaise lounges, entertaining area and grill will make your afternoons a delight. Brand new jacuzzi hot tub on back patio near private outdoor shower. Full size washer and dryer on main floor & enclosed 2 car garage. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream and coffee shop and Holden Beach Pavilion for Sunday night concerts.

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a $250 fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees.

Home has 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Full beds and 2 Twin beds. Sleeps 14 comfortably with room for cots & sleeping bags for extra sleeping space. Perfect for multi-family or multi generational vacations. Fresh linens are included with every stay & will be on the beds when you arrive. No need to spend the first hour of your stay making beds!

Mesh WIFI network with fiber internet provides amazing Wi-Fi coverage throughout the home. Master Bedroom has a desk and monitor perfect for remote working or learning.

Keyless entry lock system so there's no need to carry around keys.

***Concierge tent service included with a 7 night rental. We will have a tent delivered and set up on the beach for you each morning and taken down for you each afternoon. Tent service is provided Sunday through Friday of your Sat-Sat stay. (If you are staying fewer than 7 nights, tent can be rented)

Lovely location

This house was great and fully equipped with everything needed. The only thing disappointing was the temperature of the pool. We paid the extra $250 for it to be heated and it was not swimmable the entire time. I would recommend removing this option during certain months so that people aren’t wasting money.

Beautiful house and spectacular location.

Best vacation due to location and weather. House was better than the description. Clean roomy and space for everyone. Large family summer vacation I highly recommend this home. Hope to return next year

Pleasant week

The house was very nice, loved the pool size, the location of the house, proximity to the beach and the tent concierge service was a plus. A suggestion would be to have a lot more silverware for a house that accommodates 10 of us. Fully equipped kitchen was advertised and that was lacking. The lighting in the kitchen was on and off and my son in law changed the filter for the a/c, it was really dirty. Some knobs should be checked for maintenance on bedroom furniture. It would be helpful to advertise the master suite requiring to go up a flight of stairs, most are on the main level. The coffee supplied for the Keurig was a nice feature and Jennifer was great to work with. I would suggest spending the $106 per year for recycling, we brought much of ours home.

Location and surroundings , family friendly . House , perfect! was extremely well stocked with everything ! Loved the layout of the house, zero complaints ! the house was perfect, beach and location perfection and we got to see baby sea turtles !!

Beachfront retreat - Second year in row, already booked for year 3

Annual family trip to the beach. Members convene from Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Georgia for a wonderful week. Jenny is always accessible for any concerns we have. Can't wait to be back next year!

We live in a suburb of Charlotte, NC with our son Nathan. Mark is a software engineer at Unisys Corporation and Jenny is a Coach to Mortgage Professionals. We have been visiting Holden Beach for several years with friends and have fallen in love with this quaint little island. We have always wanted a beach house of our own and in 2015, that dream became a reality when we purchased Keys in the Conch Shell. We spent 5 months renovating and redecorating the home, giving it our personal touch. 2 years later, we purchased Sunshine in My Soul, our 2nd property in Holden Beach. We love the slow pace of Holden Beach and enjoy spending our time entertaining friends on the deck overlooking the ocean or taking a nap in the hammocks while enjoying the ocean breeze. We'd love to share our home away from home with you. We hope you love it as much as we do!

The home is laid out really well for a large crowd and either multi-family or multi-generational vacations. Our keyless touch pad locks means you can lock your items up but not have to worry about taking a key with you!

When you first enter Keys in the Conch Shell you will be blown away by the expansive views of the ocean! The beach is just steps away from the large deck which boasts an 8 ft custom picnic table and 6 custom high Adirondack chairs. The beach is close enough to watch your kids play from the deck. No more packing up your things for a day at the beach! Just take your chair to the sand; the house and anything you need are just steps away.
