Family holiday

Stayed for a fortnight with a family of four. Property was well appointed with comfy beds, good WiFi, great views from the two balconies. Only (minor) downsizes: kitchen is pretty compact, particularly if the full number of guests were attending and a second loo would have been useful. Otherwise, there is a lot to recommend (lots to see and do around in Rauris)

Beautiful apartment in nice location

The apartment is beautiful, complete and spacious. Only a few minutes walk from de skilift, restaurants and grocery store. And has a nice view on the mountains and skislope. You don’t need to use a car while you’re there. You can also get to Rauris by train/bus. The larger ski areas of Kaprun and Bad Gastein are at about half an hour drive. The hiking and langlauf possibilities at the end of the valley are beautiful.We stayed at the apartment with 2 adults and 4 teenagers. With only 1 toilet in the bathroom it needed some planning. In the bathroom we missed storage space.The contact with the owner and local agent (Eion), was good. The only payment method is by credit card and although the last payment should be done on the day of arrival, VRBO expects you to pay (much) before, which caused some misunderstanding (but also solved by Dean and Eion). Be aware that payments can only be done by Credit Card.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und sehr erholsam. Die Umgebung war prima und gsb uns ausreichend Gelegenheit für Wintersport. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön und vom Platz her voll ausreichend. Ein paar kleine Anmerkungen: die Parkplatzsituation war nicht so günstig geregelt. Desweiteren sollte es in drn Zimmern und im Bad mehr Haken geben, so könnte man ein paar Dinge loser aufhängen. Auch beim Geschirr bräuchte es noch ein paar Schüsseln groß und klein. Ansonsten aber alles prima. Wir hatten einen tollen Jahreswechsel. Ein paar kleinenAnmerkungen habe ich:

Fantastisch

Wat hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het appartement was schoon en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig . Het uitzicht was schitterend. Rechtstreeks op de bergen. Een cadeautje. Een dikke 10 uit 10. Dank je wel voor alles.

Bel appartement dans un bel emplacement

Appartement moderne, avec un très belle vue orientée sud/sud-ouest, assez grand pour accueillir confortablement notre famille de cinq personnes. Supermarché et restaurant à proximité immédiate. Nombreuses randonnées possibles dans la vallée. Très bonne communication avec l’agence. Points à améliorer : gros manque de vaisselle (verres, assiettes, bols) et accessoires de cuisine (saladier, éplucheur, râpe, couteaux et poêles en bon état, etc.)

Wintersport

Durch die kurzen Wege zum Skigebiet, den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, den Restaurants und Bars und den vorhandenen Winterwanderwegen, war alles total entspannt, auch weil kein Auto benötigt wurde.

Great accommodation in lovely location

A superb apartment, with pretty much all the facilities you would need and with some of the best views in the town. Great comms from the owner. Rauris is also a lovely little town.

Fijn appartement

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het appartement. Mooi uitzicht en verschillende activiteiten in de omgeving. Mooie ruime balkons. Ook fijn dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is. 1 2-persoonsbeschrijving lag wat minder prettig. Andere bedden waren prima.

Geräumige Wohnung mit großer Glasfront mit fantastischem Blick in die Berge und großem Balkon. Lift zu Fuß zu erreichen, was mit Jugendlichen natürlich unschlagbar ist. Innenpool mit Sauna gleich um die Ecke.

De eerste foto die je ziet zou denken dat er een zwembad bij is deze ligt echter aan de andere kant van het dorp. er zouden covid testen gegeven moeten worden door agentschap, maar zegt doodleuk dat dit niet klopt dus uiteindelijk gekregen via vvv. communicatie met agentschap valt zwaar tegen in brief stond niet waar wij sleutel moesten ophalen en dat we alleen tussen 15.30 en 18.00 uur de sleutel konden krijgen. om 14.30 werd er al gebeld dat hij binnen een half uur weg zou zijn

Preis-Leistung passt nicht zusammen

Hallo die Beschreibung von der Wohnung ist nicht ganz wie beschrieben. Zum einen ist der Gemeinschaftspool das örtliche Freibad und ca. 10 min entfernt. Das Freibad ist zwar ganz schön ist aber auch teuer in Anbetracht des Wohnungspreises nicht akzeptabel. Die Kaffeemaschine hat einen falschen Stecker also gab es auch keinen Kaffee. Die Küche lädt nicht gerade zum Kochen ein. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist eher billig und es ist auch recht herruntergekommen. Der Preis zu der Wohnung in dem Zustand ist nicht akzeptabel. Das positive der Wohnung ist die Lage. Ich von meiner Seite aus würde die Wohnung in dem Zustand und dem Preis auf jeden Fall nicht empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage

Die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und ausreichend eingerichtet. Für 6 Personen war die Ausstattung der Küche (Geschirr, Schüsseln usw.) allerdings etwas knapp bemessen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Von hier aus lassen sich zahlreiche Ziele erkunden und der Ortskern zu Fuß mühelos erreichen. Fazit; sehr zu empfehlen

Tolles Appartement- Tolle Gegend

Das Appartment ist sehr groß mit großem Balkon und Blick auf die Berge. Die Kinder hatten Platz und konnten sich gut bewegen. Rauris ist ein super Standort, um Wanderungen zu beginnen. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert, obwohl sie bisher nur das Meer kannten. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Vakantie in de bergen

Leuk appartement met mooi uitzicht. Gelegen in een appartementsblok op de bovenste ( 3e ) verdieping. 3 slaapkamers met voldoende kasten. Geen verduisterende gordijnen dus in de zomer is het heel vroeg licht in de kamer! Alle nutsvoorzieningen aanwezig. Kortom ideale uitvalsbasis voor een actieve vakantie!

Wintersport Rauris

Bij aankomst eerst enige problemen om sleutel te bemachtigen maar daarna een heerlijke week gehad. Huis heeft alle comfort, geweldig uitzicht met een schuifbui naar balkon. Alles op loopafstand; skilift, bakker, winkel, restaurant en de apres-ski. De auto heb je niet nodig.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Raumaufteilung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Neben dem traumhaft schönen Panoramablick hat uns die Raumaufteilung gut gefallen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat genügend Abstand zum Nächsten, so dass jeder seine Privatsphäre hat. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, das Badezimmer mit Dusche zweckmäßig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Spacious apartment with magnificent view in the beautiful valley of Rauris

Rauris is a small town and a great starting point for walks and mountain biking. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and has a magnificent view on the mountain. The outdoor swimming pool is a few minutes driving or 20 minutes walking.

Fantastic apartment facing the ski slope

Great stay, we loved it. Fantastic apartment overlooking the ski slopes. Great balcony to wake up and see in the day breakfast on the terrace. Great service from the owner and resort staff, Caitlin was amazing and went above and beyond as usual. Cannot wait until next year.
