About this property

Great Value One-Bed Apartment In Sal Rei, Boa Vista near Cabral Beach

Lovely modern apartment in well managed block.

Based on the 2nd floor (so stairs to the apartment) directly opposite Cabral Beach and very close to the town of Sal Rei and amenities.

The property has one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a large bathroom with bath/shower and WC, a nice living/kitchen area with a comfortable double sofa bed, main kitchen amenities and a fridge. There is also a small balcony with table and chairs.

Guests staying in my block, Vila Cabral 1, can use the swimming pool in Vila Cabral 2 ONLY as guests of the poolside restaurant Elcibar with a minimum spend. Please speak to the bar owners for confirmation.

The company who manage the apartment can also arrange airport transfers, a wi-fi router, beach towel hire, laundry & shopping - costs for which I can provide upon request.

The balcony overlooks the internal courtyard at the bottom of which is a school with young children. While usually quiet when school starts you will hear children playing below when school starts and during their playtime.

All towels, bedlinen provided.

Well maintained apartment , in great location across the road from the beach , its has all your needs for cooking , Internet was exellent value , supermarket is 5 mins away , If you want to venture in main square its only 15min walk . Office onsite for information and any problems .....Racheal the host was great giving you info you want ,the only reason it didnt get 5 star was bath/shower situation getting in and out .....

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnkomplex und wirkt sehr untouristisch. Daher gibt es einem das Gefühl, als wäre man direkt im Leben der Menschen auf Boa Vista. Unter dem Apartment ist eine internationale Schule, teilweise hat man die Kinder auf dem Schulhof spielen gehört, aber auch dies gab mir immer einen authentisches Gefühl. Der Strand liegt sehr nahe und ist wenig besiedelt, für mich perfekt jeden Tag eine kleine Meditation zu machen. Die Beach Bars waren immer offen und sehr lecker. In die Stadt läuft man ein paar Minuten, aber dies war immer schön, ich bin vielen Menschen begegnet und habe diese Insel so gut kennenlernen können. Das Apartment selbst ist für die wichtigsten Dinge ausgestattet, das Bett war sehr bequem und die Sanitäranlagen sauber. Ich konnte jederzeit jemanden anrufen oder anschreiben, wenn mir etwas fehlte. Es waren alle sehr sehr nett! Danke für die schöne Zeit. Caro

Das Willkommen heißen war top. Die Reception war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Lage direkt zum Naturstrand ist sehr gut. Die Anlage war sehr korrekt, leider ist das Umfeld noch nicht soweit erschlossen. Aber ich komme wieder und nach kurzer Eingewöhnung fühlt man sich sehr wohl.

Super Ferienwohnung !

Als wir ankamen wurden wir freundlich von Matt enpfangen. Er brachte uns dann in die Ferienwohnungen. Die Küche und der Rest ist gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist super für zwei Leute und durch die Klimaanlage hatten wir entspannte "kühle" Nachte. Das Apartment liegt perfekt am Strand, aber auch andere Strände sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt inkl. Kleinem Restaurant ist sofort um die Ecke.

Everything you need for an independant holiday stay,good facilities, comfortable and homely.

Provides a great base with everything required for a self catering independant holiday. Plenty of space for two, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Feels very homely and welcoming and easy to look after with all you need. Close to beach and a couple of local restaurants, pool available nearby as is wifi for the price of a beer. 5 mins stroll to nearest supermarket and bakery. 10 ,min wander into town for local restaurants/cafes and an assortment of shops. Helpful friendly letting agent, a gem of information who provided a local phone and detailed info. folder full of helpful notes and contacts. Would certainly recommend for a " No stress" holiday.

Prei Leistung sind völlig okay!

Die Unterkunft liegt fussläufig zu Sal Rei. Der Strand an dem man nicht baden kann liegt gegenüber. Ein Imbiss inklusive Minimarkt sind um in die Ecke.. Die Betreuer durch Blue Banana ist super. Das Apartment liegt zum Innenhof und dort befindet sich ein Kindergarten. Der Blick vom Balkon ist zum Innenhof..Prei Leistung sind völlig okay!

Value for money, clean, spacious

This property is very close to the beach, with nice wooden furniture, spacious, light and near the center (safe walk to the main square max. 10 minutes, took a torch with me at night). There are friendly security guards at the block. Good communication with the owner and the agency. Problem with the fridge was addressed correctly (thanks Sabine!). I only missed some shelves in the bathroom. There is a good coffee bar/shop downstairs and the beach is beautiful and clean. Plenty of storage room, bed could be a bit softer. 8 points out of 10.

My friend & I brought a property in Cape Verde after seeing it on a Place in the Sun. It has not disappointed, great weather, fantastic beaches and very friendly.

Lately we have not been able to visit as often we would like so we decided that it was time to share this opportunity with other people to get to know and love the island.

What makes this property unique

The location of the property is great, being so close to a beach but also right near the centre of town, supermarket and having full use of the pool.

Vila Cabral is a fairly large block of apartments which are more or less the same, we are offering this as a good value rental option for the island within a modern comfortable setting.
