Great Value Apartment For Rent In Sal Rei, Boa Vista, Cape Verde
Lovely modern apartment in recently built block with great management.
Directly opposite Praia de Cabral (Cabral Beach) and very close to the town of Sal Rei and amenities. The property is also very well situated for the main supermarket.
The property has one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a large bathroom, a nice living/kitchen area with a comfortable double sofa bed and fridge freezer and a balcony. Apartment also has air conditioning in the bedroom only.
Guests staying in my block, Vila Cabral 1 block can use the swimming pool in Vila Cabral 2 only as guests of the poolside restaurant Elcibar. If you eat/drink at the restaurant (which I am sure you will, it is convenient and also great food/hosts) then you will be allowed access to the pool for no additional charge.

My friend & I brought a property in Cape Verde after seeing it on a Place in the Sun. It has not disappointed, great weather, fantastic beaches and very friendly.

The location of the property is great, being so close to a beach but also right near the centre of town, supermarket and having full use of the pool.
Vila Cabral is a fairly large block of apartments which are more or less the same, we are offering this as a good value rental option for the island within a modern comfortable setting.
