The rooms are spacious and comfortable face, thanks to two large windows, of very extensive park where guests can stroll,
relax under the trees with a good book or dine outdoors.
And 'possible to directly reach the center of Venice in 25 minutes by train. The Gaggio Porta Est railway station, a 5-minute drive from the hotel, with ample parking completely free all day, includes many trains till late evening.
Always close to the station you can shop or just shopping in a large shopping center with a well-stocked supermarket open late and many shops.

Fantastic hospitality like I've never experienced before

We can only fully recommend Fiorenza and her apartment in every respect. Starting with the communication, great recommendations for the surrounding area and restaurants to the beautiful apartment and garden... everything deserves 100 stars. But best of all is the warmth, attention, professionalism and total support of guests that Fiorenza brings and shows. I can only say that we are absolutely thrilled! May many more guests appreciate it and treat it well.

Very friendly host, property not exactly as we expected.

The host was very friendly and helpful when needed. She even used her personal vehicle to take us to the local store, pick us up from dinner and take us to the local train station. We didn’t realize that the apartment was inside of their home and that other visitors were staying there as well. It didn’t cause any problems but wasn’t quite as private as we would have preferred. The location was off the island so we ended up spending a lot in taxi fees just because we were unfamiliar with the area and first timers to Venice area.
