Quiet place outside of venice

We loved staying in this home in Spinea. Communication with hosts was easy and responsive. The house was clean, quiet, and a quick train ride away from Venice. The town of Spinea itself had a lot to offer as well with lots of pizzerias, coffee shops, and an outdoor market. Perfect for our trip to Venice!

There are too many good things about our stay at Casa del Vigneto to list. It is a wonderful house, clean, well appointed, good Wi-Fi and the most comfortable beds! Magdalena and Francesco were fabulous hosts. From airport transfers to assistance with anything we needed, they were available. The house is just a few doors away from a grocery store and other services and the bus stop to Venice. Pizza Verdi nearby is fantastic! Although Venice is wonderful, getting out of the tourist area and exploring Spinea, Mirano and Santa Maria di Sala is even better. It's real Italy. We will stay here again for sure. Exceptional home.

Venice trip 19-23 Feb

Excellent property in a quiet suburb with private parking within 5 minutes of the train station into Venice. It was very welcoming, spacious and clean. The hosts were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this to anyone considering a trip the area.

Great apartment with excellent connections to Venice

M. and F. are good and helpful hosts, who leave no questions unanswered. We - two couples, German and Brazilian aged in the end fifties- enjoyed our stay for five nights very much. A good place for exploring the whole surroundings.

Great stay in Spinea

Stayed in Spinea for 3 nights. We opted for this place to be away from Venice. It was clean, close to markets and pizza place. We commuted to Venice by bus but the commute was seamless. Buses run on time. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Owners and Beautiful Home

The owners and their son were nothing short of amazing. I had a car problem on our second day here, and they all went totally out of their way to help us with translations and even rides. The unit is beautiful and the location is great for geting into Venice. I would strongly recommend staying here.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time and wish we stayed longer. Venice and Verona are very beautiful cities. You arr staying in a 2nd story Villa which you have to yourself. The Villa had very large bedrooms and one bedroom can also be used as a sitting room. All bedrooms have A/C which worked well since it was in the 90s and humid. Many small restaurants, gelato shops, coffee, and bakeries in the area. Laundromat is 3 blocks away. Train to Venice was very easy and only 3 euros. We would absolutely stay her again. Magdalena and Francisco are wonderful host. Met them on the first day and gave us tipd on where to eat dinner. FYI on weekends make a reservation.

A Quiet Haven

We were so glad that we chose not to stay in Venice! It's hot, crowded, and loud, and it smells bad. This home in Spinea is just half an hour away by transit, and it's clean, spacious, air conditioned, and quiet. Magdalena was an excellent hostess -- quick to respond to any questions and offer any help. There's a lovely little grocery on the corner, and a bar, and within a couple of blocks you'll find restaurants, a pharmacy, a laundromat, the bus stop -- everything you need within a 5 minute walking distance. Highly recommend.

Home from home.

Magnificent hosts throughout the whole process from first contact to the checkout. Spotlessly clean, great size kitchen and bedrooms, television and air conditioner in all 3 bedrooms, bath with overhead shower. We had the upstairs part of the whole house with a great balcony. Nothing was too much for our hosts who lives next to the property and we could park in their driveway which gives you the whole run of the property behind locked gates. You could treat it almost as your own. Change of linen halfway through our 2 weeks there. Great for families with small children because of the gates which you have the keys for. Certainly recommend

Charming Retreat In the Venice Suburbs

I had a truly enchanting experience at this VRBO in Venice, Italy! You are unlikely to find more attentive hosts then MAGDALENA & FRANCESCO. Our host was absolutely amazing, offering warm hospitality and invaluable recommendations. Checked on us several times and gave us all the recommendations we needed to use the Bus system. Yes the house is about 30 mins on the bus from Venice, and or the Train depot. But the bus stop is only 3 or 4 minutes walk and you can purchase a bus pass right at the market next to the stop. Check this out..they even called the taxi company to ensure we correctly made reservations for our early departure as we don’t speak Italian and can be very confusing or getting lost in translation. They confirmed that we correctly reserved a cab so we could sleep well knowing everything was set up correctly. Such a sweet gesture. The apartment itself was a gem—cozy, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully furnished. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the decor exuded Venetian elegance. It was a delightful haven to return to after a day of exploring Venice's historic streets and picturesque canals. I highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable stay in Venice while saving some money not staying right in Venice and beating the tourist traps that come with it.

Eine tolle Unterkunft. Etwas ausserhalb Venedigs gelegen, aber doch zentral. Nach Venedig mit dem Zug 18 Minuten, nach Jesulo an den Strand 55km.Magdalena und Francesco waren hervorragende Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar, aber nicht aufdringlich.Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen wissen wir, wo wir übernachten.Tipp für alle: Mückenspray - die Viecher sind unersättlich

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Venise et ses environs

La maison était magnifique, l'accueil de Magdalena et Francesco a été chaleureux. Nous recommandons cette location très spacieuse et très propre. Il y a beaucoup de centre commerciaux aux alentours pour faire des courses; Pour les visites à Venise, il suffit de laisser sa voiture dans le parking gratuit de la gare de gare toute proche de Spinea et de prendre un ticket au guichet électronique de la gare ou bien par internet. Cette ville gagne à être connue. Merci encore à Francesco et Magdalena pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Sehr schönes Objekt mit ganz lieben Vermietern

Das Objekt liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. In der Nähe sind Supermarkt, Apotheke, Café und Restaurant (max. 5 Gehminuten). Die Wohnung ist äußerst geräumig, sehr gepflegt und komplett mit allem eingerichtet, was benötigt wird. Die Vermieter, Magdalena und Francesco, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen auf der Parallelstraße und sind über den Garten direkt zu erreichen. Auf deren Grundstück kann man auch seinen PKW geschützt parken (Elektrotor). Bei der Ankunft bekommt man die Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Es gibt direkt eine Einweisung für die wichtigsten Dinge vor Ort, die man aber alle in einer Mappe nachlesen kann (mit ganz viel Liebe zusammengestellt). Perfekte Informationen, gerade wenn man das erste Mal dort ist. Venedig erreicht man sehr einfach mit dem Bus Nr. 7, gute 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. (Achtung: Tickets müssen vorher im Tabakladen gekauft werden, ist aber auch in der Nähe). Wir fanden die Fahrt mit dem Zug von Spinea nach Venedig wesentlich angenehmer (schneller und nicht so voll). Der letzte Zug zurück geht allerdings schon gegen 22:00 Uhr. Zum Bahnhof muss man mit dem Auto fahren, welches dort kostenlos und entspannt geparkt werden kann. Sorgen um das Auto muss man sich dort nicht machen, in Spinea ist man sozusagen "auf dem Lande". Wir haben unseren 2 Monate alten PKW entspannt dort geparkt. Die Tickets kann man auf dem Bahnsteig am Automaten kaufen. Wir können diese Unterkunft ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen, nicht zuletzt auch wegen Magdalena und Francesco. Wenn Ihr dort einkehrt, merkt ihr sofort, wie willkommen ihr dort seid. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Venedig fahren, werden wir sicherlich wieder bei Magdalena und Francesko (und der kleinen Theresa :-)) einkehren. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen. Super nette Vermieter sehr schönes Objekt !!!

Sehr schönes Objekt. Sehr nette und umsorgende Vermieter. Es war alles vor Ort. Das einzige die Wohnung war etwas hellhörig zu den darunter befindlichen Mietern (über Treppenhaus) und der Wasserdruck war sehr gering und man musste etwas auf das warme Wasser warten. Aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Auch sehr gute Verbindung auch nach Venedig ( über Buslinie 7) oder über den in der nähe befindlichen Bahnhof mit kostenlosen Parkplatz. Uns hat ist sehr gefallen und man kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung

Aufgrund der ausführlichen Beschreibung hat der Check-In prima geklappt. Die Vermieter Magdalena und Francesco sind sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen einen vorzüglich erstellten Ordner mit Hinweisen "wo ist was in Spinea", "Buslinien nach Venedig" und vielen anderen hilfreichen Tipps. Wir bewohnten im Ferienhaus die obere Etage. Eine top ausgestattete und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Alle Schlafräume sind klimatisiert und sehr großzügig geschnitten. Eine tolle Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist. (Vielen Dank für die Getränke und Kekse, die wir im Kühlschrank vorfanden.) Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und ein guter zentraler Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Von Vorteil ist auch der sichere Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Das WLan hat immer sehr gut funktioniert. Im Garten kann man angenehm sitzen und sich von den reifen Trauben und Feigen bedienen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals für den zum Abschied überreichten Venedig-Bildband.
