Penthouse Apartment With Communal Pool & Spectacular Lagoon Views.

Luxury and spacious penthouse apartment in a frontline beach location overlooking the lagoons with spectacular views to the beaches and ocean. It has a master bedroom with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room if required.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home: microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster & kettle.

Our housekeeper passes by weekly to change towels and sheets and keep the penthouse tidy while you enjoy your holidays.

There is free WiFi so that everybody can keep in touch with family & friends. The apartment also offers cable TV showing a wide range of channels.

There is also a communal swimming pool at the complex, with a children’s section. Fuseta shops, restaurants, bars, train station, beach and ferry landing are all within walking distance. Although a car is thus not necessary, car parking is available in the underground car park at the complex and at no extra charge to keep your car safe, secure and cool.

Suitable for both active holidays such as golf and water sports as well as for a quiet getaway with lovely ocean and lagoon views. Walking and biking along the Ria Formosa natural park (Unesco nature reserve).

The penthouse is beautiful and the views from the balcony are stunning, particularly sunrise and sunset. Initially we couldn't find the washing machine but we did find it in a cupboard outside the outer kitchen door. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday.

Excellent - our 3rd visit to the apartment. Can't fault it. Fabulous location, wonderful views, clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with all amenities, easy and pleasant walk to town and beach. Great location for visiting all areas of Algarve. Will be staying again next year.

Lovely spacious apartment with panoramic views

Great location within easy walking distance of restaurants and train station Comfortable and well equipped. Huge balcony with plenty of outside furniture. and fascinating views Fell just below a 5 star rating as the kitchen was surprising small compared with with the rest of the apartment and there was a problem with the hot water system but that was fixed after two attempts.

Lovely apartment. Views stunning, communication great. Only thing to mention is the second bedroom is small and doesn’t have air con. This wasn’t a problem as there was a comfortable bed settee in the main lounge which worked well for us and our family. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

The penthouse has fantastic views across the salt marshes and onto Fuseta beach. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and has everything you would need for a holiday. The kitchen is small but again has everything you need. Fuseta itself is pleasant enough, lots of fish restaurants which provide good value for money. There is a fantastic walk through the salt marshes which is definitely worth the effort.

Relaxing stay in a fabulous apartment with stunning views

This is the 5th time we have stayed in this apartment and as always the minute we walk through the living room door and see the view we relax.Check in was very smooth, all done remotely with key codes (didn't work at first but we got there) and the apartment was clean, simply furnished but all that we required, lots of clean towels and good pressure shower with hot water.Previously the AC came through all the ceiling vents but the new system only has one unit for the living area and the main bedroom which means the little glass cube bedroom can get quite hot although a large fan is provided.The beds are firm but comfortable, pillows were replaced whilst we were there, thank you.Fuseta is a lovely little town, unspoilt with no hotels or night clubs just local coffee shops and restaurants, two gorgeous beaches, just perfect.

Mesmerised by the ever changing views from the terrace and every window ! (never tired of them). Fabulously located. Hands down the best apartment in the small complex. Plenty of wonderful restaurants to walk to even in March. Perfectly positioned to use as a base to explore the wonderful area (car not necessary) but the added benefit of secure parking in the garage is a real bonus. Great communication with Niko exactly as described and easy to find. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful unrivalled outlook.

The apartment is lovely and clean and spacious- especially for just two of us. Outlook is super across the Formosa. We felt like the property was a little tired in places however and some attention to small details would have been appreciated. The outer door lock was faulty, and light above the apartment door needed replacing along with some kitchen bulbs. The beds are really, really hard and uncomfortable. A bottle of water in the fridge at least would have been appreciated on arrival. Overall we had a nice holiday.

Spektakulärer Ausblick

Ein sehr schönes, großzügig geschnittenes Appartement. Die Lage ist großartig, der Blick von der Terrasse wunderbar.Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. An der ein und anderen Stelle könnte etwas Renovierung nicht schaden, schmälert aber den Gesamteindruck nicht.Erwähnenswert ist, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer innenliegend, also ohne Fenster ist. Zu viert würden wir dort nicht unbedingt einkehren, zu zweit kommen wir gern wieder.

Grandioser Blick über die Lagune

Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse aus, ist fantastisch. Man findet dort Liegen und bequeme Sessel.Die Küche ist recht klein und einige Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Trotzdem und allein wegen der Dachterrasse würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

Penthaus mit schwächen

Die Wohnung ist modern, groß, hell, sauber und ziemlich komplett ausgestattet. Die Warmwasserversorgung ist schwankend, während des Duschvorgangs muss man beweglich bleiben. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön, aber die Aussenmöbel haben schon bessere Tage gesehen, die Polster haben schon viele Körperflüssigkeiten aufnehmen müssen. Bringt Badetücher mit! Leider hat man ca. 100m vom Haus eine Freiluftbühne mit irrer Soundanlage aufgebaut, für das Sommerfest in Juli und August, läuft an manchen Tagen bis Mitternacht. Die lauen Sommernächte auf der tollen Terrasse zu geniessen ist in diesen Monaten nicht möglich. Wir haben aber die meisten Tage dort verbracht und die Aussicht genossen. Trotz dieser Mängel haben wir dort eine sehr entspannte und angenehme Woche verbracht, und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Traumhaftes Penthouse

Die Beschreibung bezogen auf das Penthouse stimmt mit der Wirklichkeit voll überein. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Zu unserer Zeit schien den ganzen Tag die Sonne. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und mit Maria war ausgezeichnet. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Fahrrad-und Bootfahren ein. Es gibt auch nette Restaurants in der Innenstadt. Wir waren in dieser Unterkunft zum zweiten Mal und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

We enjoyed our stay in the penthouse! Restaurants, beach, boat excursions, and markets all were within walking distance. Car excursions to all Algarve locations were possible as day trips from the reserved parking spaces in the garage.

Beautiful views

The views from the apartment are amazing. The train station is not far, but train noise is not noticeable. Close to shops and restaurants. A peaceful village with great beaches.
