About this property

Barbreck Cottage is on the south side of Campbeltown Loch. It is conveniently placed close (1 mile) to the centre of Campbeltown with its full array of services, but has uninterrupted views over the water towards Davaar Island and Arran. Spectacular coastal scenery is only a short drive away in several directions. The house was recently refurbished and extended. The sitting room, dining room, kitchen and one of the bedrooms look over the sea. Barbreck Cottage sits in a walled garden with a sheltered space for sitting and eating outside.

Great Cottage

Brilliant location for exploring that area. Cottage well equipped and had everything we needed . Listing said hot tub though - which it didn’t have

Such a perfect location to stay with so many gorgeous places to go. And just looking out the window eating meals is incredible.

My grandmother bought Barbreck Cottage in 1921, so it has been in the family almost a hundred years. I spent all my childhood holidays here. In 2003 I modernised and extended the property to make it a comfortable modern house.
