The property is surrounded by nature, with areas for different ages, security and cleaning service. It is close to the central park and church of the municipality. In the surrounding areas there is the Guaytan archeological site, tourist sites such as the peña del angel, panela (sugar cane candy), clay crafts (community tourism, rural tourism, eco-tourism).
