Located in a quiet and residential location, just 7 minutes walk from the city center of Pornichet (train station) and 10 minutes from the most beautiful beach in Europe!
Recently renovated, it consists of a beautiful living room, a fully fitted / equipped American kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms (new bedding) and two bathrooms. The refined decoration and modern equipment (wifi, tv, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer ...) will only be one more to fully enjoy your vacation! The sunny garden, not overlooked, as well as the large terrace surrounding the swimming pool, will allow you to enjoy a family meal or simply to rest in peace and serenity.

Horse riding club and Escoublac forest 500 m away; Vélocéan course 1 min away, tennis court 15 mins walk
On the beach, you can enjoy sailing clubs, kite surfing schools, children's clubs as well as beautiful horseback rides in the setting sun.
