During the full season from June 1st until August 31st 7 days stay required from Saturday to Saturday. Experience a relaxing getaway in this spacious 4-bedroom holiday home, perfectly situated on the Ring of Kerry in the charming town of Kenmare. *Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms:
A master double bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite shower.
A spacious bedroom with both a double and a single bed.
A single bedroom.
*The main bathroom upstairs features a bath with a shower overhead.
*Extra amenities such as a cot, highchair can be provided upon request.

The home includes a fully enclosed private garden with a picnic table, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing outdoors.
Parking is available at the front of the house.

Pet-Friendly Accommodation

This home welcomes your furry companions! Pets are requested to remain in the tiled areas and are not allowed upstairs. The enclosed back garden offers a secure space for them to enjoy. Please note an on-site charge of €60 applies for bringing a pet, payable to the Supervisor upon arrival.

Picture Perfect

This house could not have been more perfect! Comfortable, clean, and with every convenience. We had been in smaller B&Bs all week and our party of 5 adults was ready for more space. The location, a 4 minute walk to town on a stone path, was ideal. We can’t wait to come back!

Kenmare stay

Great location , stayed on the same complex 6 years ago, so we knew we had chosen a great area. Accommodation was very expensive, so we expected a high standard, but there was a a high level of dust, dead flies on the window ledges, missing window latches, poorly maintained kitchen, mould in the showers, cracked tiles. These are not aspects you would expect from a holiday home.

The house was in a great location and the connection to the hotel next door was great for the children. However, forget the washing machine and dryer unit, it never worked well and was a frustration. Have the owner meet you make sure the hot water heater is on, wasn't for us,ask for more towels as there was only one person for 4 days stay. Check everything as the toilet seat in the half bath need to be attached, and a light bulb needed to be replaced.The house was roomy & the back was great for the kids. The 5 minute walk into town made the location perfect.

Must stay!

This property was extremely well equipped and just a short walk to the town center. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. There is a view of farm fields out the back windows and a fenced in yard for kids to play. Dinner at foleys with live music, breakfast at poffs and coffee at bean and batch are highly recommended and less than 10 minutes to walk for each!

Lovely property in a great location!

Great property and only a 4 minute walk to Kenmare town. We were a party of 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 2-6 years of age and there was ample space. The enclosed garden was ideal and having access to the pool in the hotel was an added benefit!

Spacious and convenient

The house is roomy ,3 minutes walk from the centre of Kenmare and is secure with an enclosed garden. While very clean it is a bit dingy with frayed carpets and chipped walls. The garden is basic lots of traffic noise and no comfortable seating. An ideal spot if you are planning to do lots of activities in the area.

The home is in a perfect location to access Kenmare, Ring of Kerry, and the Ring of Beara. Access to the fitness center was perfect, and very close. Our stay in Kenmare was amazing. The house was perfect for a family of five.

Perfect position

Great property for 2 families. Grandchildren made Great use of the pool. Short walk to town. Apartment was very comfortable. A few minor omissions were promptly attended too. Needs a new sofa but one has been ordered. Would like to have seen a welcome pack of milk, tea. and a few staples like oil, paper towel, and more dishwasher tablets etc. and the fire place set up with wood for the first burn. Otherwise perfect.

Good base for exploring Kerry

The home is one side of a duplex and is part of the Kenmare Bay Hotel/Resort. It is comfortable and well equipped. There is a walking path that brings you into town where there is a good assortment of pubs, restaurants and shops. Kenmare is a great site for touring the Ring of Kerry. Kris was friendly. He wanted 100 Euro cash deposit, and did not supply a receipt, but he did give the deposit back. I guess we surprised him by wanting to check out at 7:30 am, but he accommodated us. The beds were good. The surface of the living room furniture was shedding quite a lot. The pool and gym seemed nice, but they insist on the use of swimming caps, so you should bring them if you have them. We're glad we stayed there.

This is a great space for a crowd of 9! It’s clean and spacious

A great location to access the little downtown area. We had 9 adults and the space was adequate . It’s clean and spacious. It was wonderful having 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. I would suggest that the owner provide a coffee pot and more toilet paper as we ran out, and instructions on how to adjust water and heat temperature . Other than those couple incidentals we had a marvelous stay.

Beautiful home & so close to everything in Kenmare

The house was beautiful and very convenient to walk over to the Kenmare town square. There is a quiet walking path behind the house that takes you straight there and no need to walk along busy roads! If you need any quick groceries, it's just across the street at the Centra store. Or you can go to larger stores like Lidl just down the road. Back to the house, we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Patricia even went out of her way to find us some extras that we needed. Living room is comfy and the bedrooms were as well. A nice patio in the back for breakfast outside and a view of the sheep in the neighboring farm. Multiple bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready at once. Thanks Patricia for letting us use your place and for taking good care of us during our stay!
