La Villa di Antonio è un'abitazione che ricorda le antiche masserie e incanta i suoi ospiti con il suo fascino e la sua tranquillità. E' circondata da ampi spazi verdi, ulivi e profumati alberi da frutto
All'entrata, un vialetto conduce verso la casa caratterizzata da un'elegante architettura salentina, con pietre locali e colori caldi che si fondono perfettamente con l'ambiente circostante.
All'interno, gli spazi sono luminosi e accoglienti con una zona giorno ed una zona notte, adiacenti ed indipendenti.
La zona giorno è rappresentata da un unico grande soggiorno con cucina, un bagno di servizio ed una lavanderia.
La zona notte offre tre spaziose e confortevoli camere da letto doppie/matrimoniali, ciascuna con proprio bagno (con doccia). Le stanze da letto non sono comunicanti ed hanno tutte una porta/finestra che dà accesso al patio. Gli ambienti sono tutti climatizzati. Gli interni sono arredati con gusto, combinando elementi tradizionali e moderni, per creare un'atmosfera armoniosa e rilassante
La villa è interamente circondata da un grande giardino recintato di circa 5000 mq, ricco di vegetazione. con la bellissima piscina a sfioro di acqua salata, lettini, sdraio e una doccia esterna.
La zona barbecue si trova all'ombra accanto al patio frontale, per grigliate e per gustare deliziosi pasti all'aperto
La villa dispone anche di un terrazzo panoramico, da cui si può ammirare la splendida vista sulla piscina e sulla campagna del Salento. Questo luogo è ideale per sorseggiare un bicchiere di vino o leggere un libro, immersi nella bellezza della natura circostante
La proprietà si trova nelle campagne del basso Salento, a soli 3 minuti dalla bellissima città di Specchia, arroccata su una piccola altura e vivace centro ricco di eventi estivi. Tutti i servizi necessari (market, banca, ufficio postale) si trovano a Specchia o nella vicina Taurisano. Il mare è raggiungibile in auto in poco più di 15 minuti (Marina di Ugento:  20 km) o, se si preferiscono le coste rocciose, si può scegliere il versante adriatico (Castro: km 16). I principali servizi quali supermarket, negozi, banche si trovano a Specchia o Taurisano (3 km).

Secluded charming Villa
It’s a beautiful property with tasteful interior design full of art and personal decorations. The location is peaceful with magnificent views on the roof terrace over the orange and olive tree fields, especially at sunset. Lots of fruit trees and Mediterranean flowers in the garden and a lovely outdoor seating area. Both next door villages Specchia and Ruffano are charming. Reasonable distance to both sandy and rocky beaches. This is a true favourite for a relaxing stay in Puglia!

I was very excited about our stay and a bit worried that the villa might not be as good as it looked, but it absolutely was. We had an amazing week. The indoor space is good. The outdoor space is incredible. The pool is lovely, and the roof terrace is just the nicest space to relax and enjoy. The villa is very clean and well equipped. Fabio, the caretaker, is reliable and helpful. Sergio, the owner, is approachable and welcoming (and has fluent English). The villa is within 35-40 minutes of Gallipoli, Otranto and Santa Maria de Leuca, to name a couple of places worth seeing. Shops are 5-10 minutes drive away in Specchia or Miggiano. Honestly, the loveliest place I have ever stayed in. The kids had an absolute ball (not easy with teenagers!) and we all could have stayed quite happily for another week or three.

Fabulous oasis
More spectacular than advertised. Clean and comfortable, bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated inside. But the real paradise is outside. Sit by the terrific pool, up on the terrace or in the dining area - so hard to choose - amid the flowers, fruit trees and cacti. Good location for day trips or just to call. Four nights was not enough. We loved it!
