The property is a spacious 2 storey Thai style villa located directly on Bang Po beach, complete with wifi. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet and can accommodate seven persons. It is fully air-conditioned throughout.
The master bedroom located on the first floor opens onto a large outside balcony with spectacular views of the beach, gardens and the Island of Koh Phangan. A twin-bed bedroom, main bathroom and separate lounge area are also located on the first floor. On the ground floor there is the third bedroom, second bathroom and separate toilet. There is a well equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge and dining area. A ground floor terrace at the side of the villa overlooks the pool and gardens whilst an open verandah at the front of the property overlooks the garden and the beach. The verandah contains both lounge and dining areas.
The villa has air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, together with a portable air cooler and additional fans that can be moved around as required. There are mosquito nets in all bedrooms . All stairways are gated.
Exiting the villa from the front verandah and walking less than 10 meters through the villa front garden takes guests onto a small private beach area that contains four beach loungers plus table and beach umbrellas. A walk down 3 steps at the front of this area and guests are on the main beach of Bang Po. Other communal loungers and umbrellas are arranged along the beach for guest use . A charcoal barbecue is available.
Spectacular sunsets can be experienced from the villa garden and the beach area directly in front of the villa.
The beach in front of the villa is cleaned daily, as is the pool, and there is a full time gardener working in the complex plus a watchman on duty in the evening and throughout the night.
Both a complimentary baby cot and baby high chair are available if required.
The property is cleaned twice a week with towels being changed. Linen is changed weekly.
Guests are charged for the electricity consumed during their stay, based on actual meter readings. The amount due is payable to the cleaning staff on departure. For guests with reasonable usage this has historically amounted to about Thb250 per day.
The villa has a manager who has an office located close by and who can provide a wide range of services to guests if required i.e. airport transfer, car hire, chef, massage, tours etc. More details are included in the facilities section.
