About this property

This delightful two bedroom single story villa is located in the beautiful residential complex of ‘Aldeia do Golf’. The complex has neatly trimmed lawns and attractive mature gardens making the complex into an almost self-contained village. A super swimming pool is centrally located within walled gardens and there is a large, shallow paddling pool for the toddlers. The villa itself boasts an open plan lounge/dining area with comfortable seating with three piece suite, dining table and chairs, and sliding doors onto the patio / BBQ area. Kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms with a double bedroom (which can be converted to two singles) and a twin bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and/or dresser. The lounge has a flat screen TV with UK channels, unlimited WiFi and is fully air conditioned. Please note that this is a Villa not an apartment.

We loved the village and the villa the property could do with a little update but still enjoyed it.

If you want a quiet site this is ideal well it was for us the pool is brill, Spar on site not bad and a couple of nice places to eat near by. It was a good base for us we actually stayed quite a bit at the villa not too far for Villamoura good walk so car helps. We had a slight problem with air con but sorted straight away we would definitely stay again, our neighbours said though the bus was fine also. If I'm honest could do with a little updating furniture and facilities in but it was still nice stay and said previously would stay again. Highly recommend.

My name is Mike Hutton. I am the son of the owners of the villa. My parents visit the villa in the spring and autumn and ask me to let the villa out during the time that they are not there.

Why they chose this property

My parents visited Portugal in 1984 for the first time. They loved the area, food and people. They found out that the villa that they were staying in was for sale, six months later they owned it.

The villa is located in a complex of villas, which is quiet, and located is lovely gardens.
