Situated in one of the sunniest parts of France Nouvelle-Aquitaine on the Vendee/Loire borders. L'Espoir with south facing fenced and gated pool and secure gardens offers you uninterrupted views over the French countryside. A stroll away from our village of Boisme, where you will find a boulangerie/shop for your morning croissants, freshly baked bread throughout the day, local vegetables cheese & eggs, wine and lots more. Our previous guests have said they feel relaxed and stress less within hours of arrival at L'Espoir. The feeling of quiet calm in the country with its birdsong in the mornings beautiful starry sky in the evenings with the occasional tracker in the distance makes for a truly French countryside experience. The town of Bressuire is 10 minutes away where you will find large hypermarkets cafes restaurants speciality shops and the Chateau to visit.
Pool Heating is FOC air-con units are available for upstairs bedrooms. Cost is £25 per unit per week.

Together with my husband and our young family we holidayed in France for many years in different Regions staying in a variety of rental accommodation.
As soon as we viewed L'Espoir we both knew this is the one, it's set in such a beautiful setting.
During these holidays we remember the best of each and added them plus our own must haves into L'Espoir.
L'Espoir is very much a loved second home rather than a holiday home to our family, our previous guests have enjoyed the ambient atmosphere.
You will find L'Espoir very well equipped for all your needs during your stay.
Children and adults are all welcomed at L'Espoir.
We now have grandchildren and they safely play outside as the garden is enclosed the pool is fenced and gated. They enjoy their holidays at gran and grandpa's.

We chose Poitou Charente area as it is only bettered by the Riviera climate. The scenery is breath-taking, costal resorts to the west, wine regions nearby, transport links are very good, major motorway railways and airports accessible.

Our family has visited most of the area and can recommend activities and days out for all tastes.
We love the mornings at L'Espoir you wake up to birdsong. Pop down to the boulangerie for your baguette and croissants make your morning cuppa and sit out at the terrace watching the swallows swoop high in the sky.
The evenings are just as calming, sitting under the ink black sky looking at the stars all around listening to the grasshoppers with a night cap in hand - bliss

The pool and garden is fully enclosed therefore mum & dad know their little ones are safe to run free. A recent addition is the large climbing frame with swings glider and chute.
Our village of Boisme has a boulangerie butchers is also a mini mart selling locally produced eggs cheese wine along with the usual things you tend to run out off.
There is very little traffic noise bar the odd tractor going down the lane to tend to the fields beyond, our grand children run to the gate and wave to the farmer.
Depending on when you come, help yourself to the fruit from our fruit trees. We have plumb peach apple cherry & apricot trees.
