We had a wonderful stay in Geoff's property which is in a fantastic location. There are a wide range of excellent restaurants nearby. There are many thoughtful items for your use during your stay e.g. cool bag and shopping bags. A good range of equipment is available in the kitchen.We spent a lot of time chilling on the lovely balcony which overlooks the beautiful pool. Highly recommend this property. Thank you Geoff.

Wonderful fully equipped apartment with a great salt communal swimming pool. 15 minutes walk (down) to the beach, you can walk on from there to La Duquesa port. Lots of bars and restaurants all along the seafront Spanish, international, chiringuitos (beach bars) live music, vibrant atmosphere but not horribly busy as in other coastal areas. Nice walks in both directions.
30 mins drive from marbella, sotogrande, estepona, san pedro.

Lovely apartment very well appointed and spotlessly clean in a great location, Just had 7 lovely sunny days in this apartment and will definitely look to book this apartment with Geoff again, Couldn't find any fault with anything from the booking process to the departure and would reiterate all the positive comments and reviews already made.

Vi hyrde lĂ€genheten en vecka i augusti. Allt flöt pĂ„ vĂ€ldigt smidigt frĂ„n bokningen till nyckelöverlĂ€mning och utcheckning. LĂ€genheten var en av de mest vĂ€lstĂ€dade vi bott i! Till och med ute vid tvĂ€ttmaskinen syntes inte ett dammkorn! PoolomrĂ„det var rent och det fanns ofta gott om plats att sola. Ett stort plus var att man fick bada pĂ„ kvĂ€llstid. FrĂ„n lĂ€genheten tog det ca 10 minuter att gĂ„ ner till stranden. DĂ€r var det ocksĂ„ alltid gott om plats. Vi behövde aldrig ligga och trĂ€ngas med andra. KvĂ€llstid gick vi ner till strandpromenaden dĂ€r det fanns gott om trevliga restauranger att vĂ€lja mellan. En liten lĂ€ngre promenad bort ligger Duquesa hamn med fler restauranger. Thank you Geoff! Iâm sure we will be back!
Fabulous apartment, everything you need even down to beach towels. Immaculately clean, within 20 mins walk of some great restaurants and beach. Ideal for a family of four or two couples as there are two separate bathrooms. Would definitely book again. Mark & Sue Derby.

Fantastic apartment!!
We have just returned from a 10 day stay in this wonderful apartment.The beds with a memory mattress were the best we have ever slept in on holiday. (normally I cannot wait to get home to my own bed).Having beach towels there to use meant we only needed cabin bags which saved us time & money at check in.Paul & Linda who did transfers, & cleaned the apartment,were very helpful & friendly.Paul even gave us 2 x bottles of his water when we arrived at 11pm as we had no water or milk till the morning.
Overall it was a lovely holiday with 5 min walk to shops with large supermarket & lots of other shops.Then another 5 min to beach
with restaurants,The kids loved the wipeout course in the sea.Our balcony overlooked the pool which was cleaned every morning & never to crowded.
I will recommend your apartment to family & friends.
Thanks Geoff,our kids said it was their best holiday yet!

We loved everything about our holiday in Sabinillas. The apartment, pool and gardens are maintained to a high standard and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Geoff the owner gave us lots of helpful information/ directions prior to our holiday making it easy to find. Linda, the key holder welcomed us on our arrival and gave us a quick tour of the apartment.
Sabinillas is a busy Spanish town with plenty of cafes, bars, shops and good beach front restaurants. You won't see any signs for all day English breakfast here.
Only downside we have is that we didn't stay here long enough!!

A Wonderful Place to Stay
The apartment was as advertised: spacious, modern, well-equipped and comfortable. It was also very clean and tidy, and within easy walking distance of stores, restaurants and the waterfront. Geoff is a conscientious and responsive owner. Correspondence, administration and check-in were a breeze. It was a pleasure dealing with him. We very much enjoyed our 11-day stay. We would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful home from home apartment in the sun!
We arrived at this wonderful apartment on a Friday afternoon and immediately felt comfortable. It really is homely and was exceptionally clean and tidy on our arrival. Everything has been thought of - the owners have put so much thought in to what is needed by their clients whilst on holiday. The balcony is a peaceful place to sit in the mornings and take in the views, and during the evenings as the sun sets. The pool is just below the balcony and a with the lift down from the apartment, is easy enough to access with the sunbeds also provided by the owners. There is always plenty of space for everyone around the pool. The main supermarket is a 10 minute walk down the road and the beach just a few steps further. Puerto de la Duquesa is also easy to walk to and is good exercise after delicious ice-cream on the way back! We will certainly be returning next year and looking forward to it already. It is somewhere to relax, unwind and enjoy the sunshine with both pool and beach close by. Thank you - we had a wonderful holiday.

Family holiday in Sabinillas
One of the best holiday apartments we have stayed in, spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained. Everything we needed was at hand and the sun beds and beach towels were a big plus. Booking process with Geoff was seamless and extremely efficient as were our dealings with Paul, the agent in Sabinillas. Overall a 4/5 holiday experience and I would certainly recommend the apartment to anyone who may be considering a holiday in this area of the Costa del Sol.

Fantastic Apartment
Fantastic Apartment, very well equipped and very clean. Added bonus was the Wifi for the kids. Pictures don't do it justice. Owner is perfect to deal with and replied to everything I needed very quickly. Would highly recommend this apartment, walking distance to beach, bars and restaurant. Will definitely return here

great holiday in Sabinillas
My family and I arrived at the apartment on 13/08/2016.
We were met at the apartment by Paul and his wife who let us in and showed us around.
I can honestly say that this is the nicest apartment that we have stayed in on our travels.
Everything was as described and more!
It was absolutely spotless and had everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing stay in this beautiful part of Spain.
Nice touches like beach towels and your own sunbeds to bring down to the pool make life easier(no getting up at 6:00 to put towels on sunbeds)
The area itself is still quite Spanish with plenty of tapas bars and on the beachfront there is loads of restaurants to choose from.
It is a 10 minute walk to beach and about 15 minutes to the port of La Duquesa which has all the Irish bars,italians,Indians and a Chinese.
There is a new indian restaurant just past the port called mini India which we enjoyed.
The apartment is ideally situated as you can have the quieter Sabinillas or the livelier La Duquesa.
We would highly recommend this apartment to family and friends and are considering having our holiday there next year.

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment
Quiet gated complex with well maintained large pool and gardens. Easy walk to the beach, port, shops restaurants etc. The apartment is clean comfortable and well equipped. Close to the bus route from Malaga to La Linea (Gibraltar) 5-10 mins walk. No need for a car. We were met at the apartment and shown around. All basics food and drink were there on arrival. Transfers can be arranged. Had a very relaxing comfortable time here, would definitely recommend.
