About this property

A very pretty and beautifully designed Greek style cottage with its own swimming pool, set in an olive grove on a hillside overlooking Skopelos town and the sea beyond. The views are amazing - you can sit on the terrace and watch the boats come and go in the harbour below. At nights the twinkly lights from the town provide an equally gorgeous view. The cottage has a rustic country feel with wooden ceilings and whitewashed floors. It is very comfortably furnished with local art and ceramics and painted in white with soft blues and greens as accent colours.

Peace, beauty and comfort

Elia Cottage is simply perfect - stylish, comfortable and well-equipped, with great views and a relaxed feel. Sally left excellent instructions and tips, and was available to answer questions on email at any time. We absolutely loved our stay. We’ll be back!

Lovely Cottage with a great View

We stayed as a couple at Elia Cottage in October 2021 and enjoyed a lovely time there. The house is tastefully furnished (indoor & outdoor) and we liked the view on Skopelos harbour with the ferries and sailing boats from the house and the several terraces. Due to the unexpected rainy weather we stayed much more time indoors and enjoyed the large space we had. The house and the pool were spotless clean thanks to the weekly pool cleaning. Most of the beaches are reachable within a 20 minutes ride by car. The contact with Sally and Bill was also lovely from the very beginning. We highly appreciated the features of sustainability of the house namely the solar panels, basket and cotton bag for the daily shopping to prevent getting lots of plastic bags and the gorgeous Euthalia hand soap - a local cosmetic brand I highly recommend to try. The refills of the soap were placed at every wash basin in the house. Thank you for a great holiday!

Cottage Heaven

If you’re after a quiet, away from it all holiday. Chiq interiors, the best sun loungers; handy for town[ 5 mins in taxi). This place has it all, not to forget the pool which is so warm. Thanks Sally and Bill. Superb.

Elia Cottage, Skopelos - August 2019

Great location overlooking Skopelos port. The house has been designed to maximise the views, and breezes that drift up through the olive groves. The owners are lovely people - their recommendations were all spot on. The house was immaculate - and tastefully done. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Skopelos.
