Hosted by Mrs I Wood

We started coming to this area by means of renting a friends house to get away from our busy working lives. We liked this area and could travel from our house in sussex to Hesdin in 3 hours so it became a regular trip.
when some 5 years later my husband was offered early retirement we decided to take a chance and buy a property here.
we enjoy the all the area has to offer and family, friends and grandchildren visit often.

Why they chose this property
we like this area and the people in the village made us very welcome.
we spent 6 months renovating the cottage, taking all the bits from friends gites we liked and tried to put them into our own.
Some 15 years later we are still enjoying and looking forward to our guests arriving.
Many now return again and again.
