If you want to offer your family a peaceful holiday, we can assure you that staying in this villa will be a holiday that you will remember. Villa is a renovated Istrian house placed in a quiet surrounding - village Golas - not far from the romantic Bale (5 minutes by car) and vivid Rovinj (20 minutes by car).

The villa has two floors. Kitchen, living room with inner fireplace and one bathroom is on the first floor. Also there is a beautiful terrace with the stunning view on the hills and sea. The bedrooms are on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so your comfor is guaranteed. Also, in front of the villa there is a terrace suitable for barbecue (built-in grill).

Stunning modern villa with a touch of Istrian style will be perfect for your holiday as it is very nicely decorated and equipped with all the necesary kitchen supplies (toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher), TV (flat screen) with HDMI cable so you can connect it with laptop,DVD, satellite and Wi-Fi.

Very pleasant place for a relaxing vacation

Very obliging and responsive host and a real nice location to spend the best time of the year. Worth to mention that amenities were complete and in good shape and the location was very clean.

Amazing property

Beautiful Dalmatian home with spectacular view- close to all the major sights. Apartment was well equipped and the beds were supper comfortable. If you get the chance to rent this apartment, go for it!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Die Beschreibung ist vollkommen zutreffend, die Ausstattung für 6 Personen ausgelegt und komplett. 2 Terrassen, sodass man nach Bedarf Schatten oder Sonne hat. Total ruhige Lage, Auto zum Einkaufen unbedingt erforderlich, was in diesen Breitengraden aber vollkommen üblich ist. 4 (!!) Duschgelegenheiten und Toiletten. Super netter Kontakt, aus unserer Sicht absolut empfehlenswert. Ab ca. 190 cm Körpergröße muss man den Kopf gelegentlich einziehen :-) Danke für einen tollen Urlaub!

Vermieterin sehr nett, spricht jedoch nur Englisch. Deutsch schreiben funktioniert. Quartier war in super Zustand mit klimaanlage. Zum Strand nur mit Auto möglich ca 20min. Der Ort selbst ist sehr ruhig. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Vermieter reagiert prompt auf alle Fragen. Netter Empfang. Sehr gute, komplette Ausstattung. Alles im Haus in bestem Zustand. Matratzen, Sonnenliegen, Sessel - neuwertig. Schöner, überdachter Eingangsbereich zum Sitzen und grillen im Schatten und vis a vis eine Terrasse mit großem Tisch, Sitzgelegenheiten, Sitzpölster, Entspannungsliegen mit Blick ins Grüne und Fernsicht auf das Meer. In allen Badezimmern (Badewannen) sind Fliegengitter - Vorsicht bei der Dachschräge bei ein wenig größeren Personen!! Interessante Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in näherer Umgebung. Es war ein schöner, entspannender Urlaub.

Tolles Steinhaus. Viel Platz mit BBQ Platz und Terrasse mit Meerblick. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Sauber. Ruhig. Viel Platz. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir wurden sogar mit frischem Gemüse versorgt. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Der Blick von der Terasse aufs Meer war zauberhaft. Gerne wieder.
