Kitchen has modern appliances and is properly stocked with crockery and utensils to cook and and serve a meal for 4 persons. Smart TV, WIFI and Cable. are included. This self contained apartment is located directly below a two bedroom villa.

Why they chose this property
Bay Breeze was our first home in St. Kitts Nevis. Although I was born and raised in St. Kitts both of my parents were from Nevis and I had spent many happy summer vacations in Nevis during my childhood. I feel really connected to Nevis and I really wanted a piece of that particular rock with its clay soil and lovely mango trees. We will probably retire at Bay Breeze.
