An ideal villa for families with children, couples or even a group of friends. Private swimming pool, Barbecue, Terrace, Ping pong, Snooker Table and parking. Located in the
Olhos de Agua center. A 5 minute walk from the villa there are: Restaurants, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Bank, Taxi rank , bus stop all amenities. The beach Olhos de Água is the closest one, is about 7 minute walk.

This villa accommodates 5 couples and 6 more people can sleep at the villa either with extra beds , sofa beds or cots.

All rooms have air conditioning.
This beautiful villa is spread by 3 floors.

Lower ground level: 2 Bedroom with Double bed En suite and laundry ares with washing machine and dryer. Snooker table and ping pong table.

Ground floor: Large Hall area with storage facilities, two single beds, bathroom including shower, modern well equipped kitchen with door access to the back garden, large dining area with 2 sets of double doors to the back garden, large living room with double doors to the front of the house.

First Floor: Large master bedroom with bathroom including bath and separate
shower en suite, large triple bedroom (double & single beds) en suite. Large Double bedroom with bathroom. All bedrooms has private balconies.

Safety: Main gate is automatic and the surrounding area is fenced off.

Outside: Leisure area with terrace/patio with table and chairs, barbecue, swimming pool, sun beds and shades, garden with orange and lemon trees. Sun terraces to the front and rear of the villa, electronic vehicle access system and manual pedestrian access which can be locked, providing a safe environment for children to play in.

Safety equipment: Safe for personal effects , kitchen equipped with fire blankets, extinguishers and fire detectors

Prices includes: All household towels and linens. All utilities (gas, water, electricity) and air con. TV with local and international channels . In Room Safe. Cots and High chairs for infants.

Villa was lovely and clean and big enough for all the family. The kids were kept entertained between table tennis, the pool table and the actual pool.

Perfect getaway

Great layout, clean and pool was great. Kitchen lacked a lot of supplies like sharp knives or glasses that could fit ice etc…but Portugal is perfect and affordable for eating out which we did 6 of the seven nights. Would go back, loved the location and close proximity to cute town to walk around.

Really enjoyed our stay, lots of outdoor space. Cleaning of property and pool throughout our stay was regular and of a high standard. Couple of issues with stiff lock and toilet flush, attended to very quickly and efficiently.

The property is very good in a good location. Help was always available at the end of a phone. Pool was very good and heated. The only criticism is that the beds was not very comfortable.

Lovely Villa in great location

It was a beautifully well kept Villa with good facilities ,large bedrooms and great showers. The Location was excellent close to the seafront , good restaurants and some shops A couple of minor issues. The washing machine was broken and wasnt fixed until late in the holiday. The pool area was great but people in the nearby gym or park can see into the pool area. We would definitely stay there again😀

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay close to all amenities The only things I would comment on was you could provide plastic plates and cups for outside dining as not safe to have glasses at the pool If the villa was at full capacity there would not be enough sunbeds as there was 9 of us and only 8 sun beds Had a few minor issues when we arrived but hosts dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner Would stay again and highly recommend
